Hookah Accessories are becoming more and more popular in the U.S. and its popularity is growing primarily due to their health benefits. Hookahs are typically used for smoking flavored tobacco that is mainly shisha which is a mixture of molasses, tobacco, milk, sugar, and flavorings. Hookahs can also be used for other activities such as smoking cannabis, or herbs and resins. These activities typically use a coals to heat up the tobacco mixture that is in the bowl on the stem of the hookah. Hookahs have been used for centuries and have many health benefits. For example, smoking allows a person to decrease the amount of tar they inhale which helps to decrease health risks that come with smoking tobacco. The smoke that comes out of a hookah also contains less carbon monoxide which has been linked to heart diseases and high blood pressure. Additionally, research has shown that hookah smokers have significantly reduced odds of developing cancer in comparison to cigarette smokers.
