This book has some good information and tips if you're interested in boxing.

Even though I had not tried boxing as a form of exercise before, reading this book really caught my interest. It is well written and easy to follow the step by step instructions on how to get started in this sport. I'd recommend it to anyone trying to find a new exercise routine.

This book provides literally no information you couldn't find on the internet. There's no pictures for guided development. Just motherhood and apple pie discussion points. It appears it was thrown together to make a buck. And, there's no process for reimbursement. I DON"T recommend.
