Does this come with a 3 pin UK plug?

i just received one and its not a UK plug :(

Does it have a delayed timer so it will start in say 5 seconds so can get into position on rings?

There is a 10 second countdown option so that you can get into position. If you have the sound on, it will count in the last three seconds with ‘beeps’.
