Yes, it came with the cable, the wall plug, and the wireless stand.

Q: Does this automatically stop charging at 100% or does it keep charging untill you remove the phone

No. Modern tech usage will keep the battery 'charged' while it's in used. Same as leaving your phone plugged into a wall outlet itself. It'll switch to bypass power and use the income power to power the device. So once it's full, yeah it'll stop charging the battery itself, But no it won't stop giving power. You can only stop it from giving power by ether unplugging it, or removing your phone off the device. Same deal as unplugging your phone from it's power port. Then it switches to full battery mode.

Q: I have a fairly think battery pack case, will it charge though that or would i need to take my phone out and charge it seperately?

I wouldn't bet on it working if the battery isn't capable of wireless charging. A standard case is fine because it doesn't block the magnetic field between the charger and the phone, but anything as full of metal as that battery is definitely going to block the charging. If your battery pack is capable of wireless charging and supports passthrough, then you can charge one while it charges the other. But again, I wouldn't bet on your case supporting any of that.

Q: Does the bigger side tilt up like the older model of this charger? I want my phone upright so it's easy to see the time.

No, it's totally flat. Have mine by my lavatory and just put phone on one side and watch on the other while I'm getting dressed and they are both fully charged when I'm ready to leave. I didn't realize the tilt ones were discontinued. You can probably find one of the old ones on eBay. I do have one of those at the office I bought with my Note 9. Bought the current flat one when I bought the Note 10+.
