Had to replace my remote start fob after 15 months. My local dealer wanted to charge me 3 times the price to buy and install. This is the perfect replacement. Easy to program myself and now I can start my car remotely!!

7/6/22 - For the past month I’ve been swapping batteries and doing everything I can think of to get this thing to work. On my third battery from different stores & different manufacturers. If I flex the housing just right it will sometimes work (25% of the time or less) but even when it does I rarely get the audible feedback. So sad that these things don’t hold up. They aren’t cheap at all. I’ve never seen a vehicles fob fail without some water or damage issue and some of the vehicles I’ve had the fobs lasted seven years!! These average about a year each at best. This one lasted the longest at one year & about nine months. Lasted longer than the year I mentioned in my initial review but not long enough. Maybe I buy another & hope for the best. Other option is to have the remote starter removed. Either is gonna cost more money on this system. Wish they didn’t design and build these as disposable. At $50 each they are not a disposable item!!11/11/20 - Works just fine. Wish these things didn't cost so much since I've already been through three of the older model key fobs in the last three years. Hopefully this newer version will last longer than a year.
