Very pleased
This is my first order but it won't be my last. The leaves arrived on time, and the scent of lime that came out of even the outer packaging was terrific. The leaves are healthy-looking, whole, dark or bright green and feel like they've only recently been picked.Following Pailin's advice I made sure they were dry, wrapped them in foil and put them in a freezer baggie and stored them in the freezer. Today I just took out 8 or 10 to make Chicken Wing Tom Yung Soup, crushed them a bit and threw them in the pot.Kitchen smells great and the soup is gonna be great too, I bet. I recommend these lime leaves and this company!

Lots of leaves, great price!
I can't find kafir lime leaves in any local Asian grocery. These are beautiful! They were shipped quickly, and I'm surprised at the quantity. For reference, this is a 14" pizza pan. I'm about to freeze them, and I look forward to using them soon.

There were issues, but overall good
These were shipped when it was a little warm, so unfortunately about half the leaves were ruined. HOWEVER, they had sent about twice what they sent last time I ordered, so I ended up with about the same amount, certainly enough to make the money worth it. And the ones left were delicious as always, making my Gai Pad Prik King just perfect. I have Chinese Long Beans growing in my garden, so what a yummy pairing these make with the Gai Pad Prik King!

I won’t order from this seller again—brown and dying leaves.
This is the second time I have purchased from this seller. I was very happy with my order last time—the leaves were fresh and abundant. This time half of the kefir leaves were yellowing or brown and I had to throw them out. (See the photos—the pile shows how many had to be discarded). Also, kefir lime leaves grow in doublets, and that is what I always receive. In this order, almost none of these were double. I contacted the seller about the quality and was just reassured “they were fine.” I’m disappointed and will find a new source for these.

almost all a beautiful green, except for a couple light ones
I just got my mail in very hot sunny California, and my leaves were in the box from yesterday! They came in a sealed clear plastic bag. The pictures are right after washing and drying. These are plentiful, hardy and fragrant, almost all a beautiful green, except for a couple lighter ones, and two with barely visible spots that I threw out. My hand and the quarter is for perspective of leave size. I had more than 60 great leaves. As someone else said, I knew I hit the jackpot. They are beautiful, and I am extremely happy, and pleased. There are many doublet leaves, and the sizes are a good portion large, medium to smaller. The one I am holding is before washing, and on the larger side for perspective.

Flavorful and fresh.
Omgoodness! These are wonderful and arrived in great, fresh shape. I no longer have an Asian market, after our move. This saves me! I love Thai food! I have not been able to find fresh kaffir lime leaves, even when I lived in Washington DC. I am freezing what's left after making several dishes with them. I was wondering how they might arrive, but only one tiny leaf was moldy. And it was a big bunch too. Saves the day! Hope Amazon continues to carry them.

Fresh. Fragrant. Indispensable for Thai dishes.
I'm happy to have found a reliable seller for these. They arrived fresh as just-picked. They have been hard to find online and I missed them. No substitute is availalable for the elusive flavor they add to Thai dishes -- especially Tom Kha. I have multi-blade shears Jenaluca Herb Scissors Stainless Steel - Multipurpose Kitchen Shear with 5 Blades and Cover with Cleaning Comb, so it's easy to roll the leaves and, with a few snips, I have a chiffonade that infuses any dish with amazing flavor and beautiful color and does not need to be removed before serving.

Leaves are small and damaged
This is my second order. The first order was in March 2020 and the quality was great - fresh whole leaves. The new order was November 2021 and most of the leaves are small, broken, discolored, and some are rotten. In one of the pictures taken on a paper tower, I include leaves from both old (at the bottom) and new orders to compare. A kaffir leaf has a hourglass shape (a leaf blade and a leaf stalk). It seems that my second order mostly are leaf stalks which are smaller than leaf blades.
