I’ve tried a lot of pre-workouts, but pre work out is on my rotation. The blue raspberry is delicious, sweet but not overpowering, and it mixes easily with no weird aftertaste.What really sets this apart is there’s no jitters or crash you get from stimulants. The clinically dosed ingredients, like citrulline malate and beta-alanine, give a noticeable boost in endurance, strength, and focus. I can power through my workouts without feeling overstimulated or shaky. The container is nice.

I was very hesitant about trying preworkout because of anxiety and jitteriness but this non-stim one has not caused either of those for me. I haven’t noticed any negative side effects, although it takes about 15-20 minutes to feel the itchiness if you haven’t started working out yet. As far as focus and energy, I do feel I get a boost in my workouts as compared to when I don’t use it.That said, I will be repurchasing! I got the sour candy flavor for my first tub and it was delicious. Tastes just like sour candy. I’m going to give another flavor a try for my second so I don’t get tired of the same flavor.

Love the blue raspberry taste, honestly if it was just handed to me I would never guess it was an energy drink. Plenty of powder since i just bring a 14oz bottle with me to work out and it recommends you drink it 30min-1hr before and my trip to the gym is about 30mins.I've noticed caffeine has the opposite effect on me, I just get so tired after drinking it, so I decided to try a caffeine-free alternative to energy and honestly my results are mixed.I go to the gym after work so I will admit I'm usually already pretty tired when I'm prepping for a work out so the first few times I drank it I fell asleep immediately (which is the same effect caffeine has on me) and had the worst acid reflux which is my fault 100% but I thought I'd mention it because another time I drank it and something came up so I couldn't go to the gym that day after all and still suffered acid reflux because I couldn't burn it off.When everything went according to plan by taking a nap first, I drinking it 30 mins before and actually getting to work out, I think it really did help me last longer and no acid reflux. I'm usually wimping out when it comes to the arm machines but I hit my goal of 30reps of 50lbs on the bicep and felt pretty good after. I was also less exhausted after the treadmill and the next time I went I decided not to drink it just to see if I felt any different and I couldn't make it to 30 reps but the treadmil results were unchanged. Did this for a week and the results were too erratic to be a pattern. I'm not a scientist but I think no matter what you drink it will just be a mix of your body's ability to use what the drink is trying to give you vs. the effort you're able to put into the actual workoutOverall I think it was a good purchase, results vary but only because we're all different, I don't blame any underperformace on my part on the drink. I just wanted something to help give me that extra oomf and I got it (under the right circumstances) but life is hard and we're doing the best we can. If you want a caffeine free alternative energy drink and love the taste of blue raspberry I think this is the drink for you!

The media could not be loaded. I don't use pre-workout very often, so even though I bought this product almost a year ago, I still had 80% left of it to use before the expiration date of 11/2025. Today, I go and open this container and it's bubbling, discolored, almost all of it is somehow gone and completely useless. It looks like slime and not a powder. I emailed Legion to let them know if this bizarre issue, but for a $45 product you want to use for the last 8-9 months left of its lifespan, that's unacceptable. I kept this product in the container and stored properly the entire time. My boyfriend's a personal trainer who uses pre-workout religiously and he's never seen anything like this from any other brand.

This stuff works so well I can't even look at it. The serving size is 2 scoops. I took a half scoop, worked out hard for an hour and a half and still felt it all day to the point I had a headache. That being said- I have only ever taken this, and C4. No headache with C4, but I'm nursing so I am steering clear of caffeine. This stuff is no joke. If you can handle it-enjoy

My favorite preworkout! Been using it for years. Have tried others, but came back to Legion because of how well it works and how clean it is.

Amazing customer service! Haven’t had the product long enough to touch on performance as much, but the flavor is amazing. Be sure to doubly check the Stim or non-stim as they look so similar 😅
