I wish the 3m tape was on the inner lip to prevent snags. The plastic is definitely thinner and not as soft as the original. But it fits, was a good price, and looks good. Pretty sure it will hold up.

I bought the bed rail caps for 2004 Silverado 2500HD long box. I don't write reviews unless products are amazing, or really bad. The bed rail caps out of the box seemed like a good product, until I went to line up the stake pocket holes. The first one seemed to line up, but the second one covered up half the hole, and the third one was completely off. Other older reviews mentioned this, but I decided to take a chance, and I lost. After trying to contact the sellers support line with no answer, I immediately boxed the up bedrails in their original packaging, and sent them back the next day. Shipping cost me $57 because of the size of the box, and I purchased it from a 3rd party through Amazon. Shipping was half the original purchase price, but I didn't even request reimbursement for shipping even though the product was defective, because I knew I was taking a chance with a third party. Then, I finally received an email from Amazon that I had been refunded my money minus a RESTOCKING FEE! Amazon did right be me by refunding my fee, but I feel others should be aware my cap wasn't even close to fitting, it's expensive to ship back, I couldn't get ahold of their customer service, and I was charged a restocking fee on a product that was defective for my truck. Ordered another brand using Prime, and I couldn't be happier.

The bed side caps were too short for the 8-foot box truck bed and the cutouts in the caps did not align with the truck bed holes.

I really didn’t want to give a bad review because I normally like their products! My truck was in the body shop longer than expected so I never got around to installing them before the 30 day return policy. When I went to put them on none of the holes lined up. Their add said they were a fit for my truck! Their mistake and still won’t accept their product back. I’m stuck now with rail protectors that are no good to me. Please do not support a business that won’t stand behind their mistakes!
