This worked great for a few weeks and then stopped working. Called the number for help but no one who knows much at the other end.

I tried these locks and do not recommend them, they are too light duty. Will not work for long and they are overall no good. Cheap construction and you can't change the combination. I wish somebody out there would develop a high-quality push button padlock that did not break down after a few weeks. The model they made before this was bigger and heavier but very expensive. Still, it was worth the value. Fort locks are good but they do not have push buttons. However, you can change the combinations. Please somebody out there build a large easy to read push button padlock with a sealed custom system that you can change the combo, so water can not get inside. You will sell a million of them.
