I love this book!!! lots of classic songs that I've always wanted to learn, plus, its the original tab from the original songs!!! Thank you Hal Leonard Corp for getting me this book on time as well. FIVE OUT OF FIVE STARS!!!! Its made me a better bass player!!!

This is a nice compilation book of a lot of different basslines. Pretty much packs everything from Doobie Brothers to Dio. My only gripe is a few of the songs aren't the best from the bands- like Metallica Breadfan cover- would rather see the original Budgie song tabbed for bass any day. 448 pages of bass tab for this price is great.

I would have given 2 1/2 stars if 1/2 stars were possible. Decent selection and a variety of songs. But the "smaller than most" size of the book forced the use of a smaller type size and it is difficult to read. Overall, somewhat disappointing...

Great fast service, the book was in better then described condition!! This is a great value for new bass players, they fit so much music that I find something new to learn every time use it.

This book is huge! It is filled with great, classic rock songs for the bass. My nephew is very happy!

I bought this compilation to improve my sight reading. Some of the numbers are extremely challenging (think Billy Sheehan) but a great many are enormously enjoyable to play (Aqualung, Stormy Monday, Sweet Home Alabama to name a few). The selection has helped me to move forward in tackling the more difficult keys and syncopation. In short it has been great fun.

Das Buch erscheint auch in der Auswahl bei Hal Leonard, auch wenn "Cherry Lane Music" aufgedruckt ist. Die Songbooks sind toll, um sich schnell einzelne Songs draufzuschaffen. Welches man nimmt, ist Geschmacksache. Kauft man wie ich zwei, kann es passieren, dass sich zahlreiche Songs auf beiden Büchern befinden.Scheinbar machen es sich die Verleger einfach und drucken ein "Hard-Rock-Buch", ein "Pop-Rock-Buch" usw. aber manche Songs sind dann auf mehreren Büchern, um diese voll zu machen.Manche Bands sind hier auch mehrmals drauf.Songliste genau anschauen, so habe ich es auch gemacht. Mir war Thin Lizzy wichtig! ;-)
