Beautiful color and size, but the lipstick in the tube doesn't hold together. It is too soft, and often smudges the case and has to be pressed back into place.

The Good: Some reviewers mention that this doesn’t have much color, which it doesn’t. It should probably be labeled a gloss, not a lipstick. As a gloss it works great with a nice subtle color and gentle moisturizer. I also like that it isn’t as sticky as some glosses. When I want more color I use it on top of a long-lasting matte lipstick. For a natural, warm look I’ve been using a combination of Maybelline Super Stay Matte Ink “#65 Seductress.” and this gloss in “Gosh Garnet.”The Bad: The negative is the container. I’ve purchased this twice and both times the container soon started coming open inside my purse. BTW: It was stored in a fairly snug area, not rattling around with other items. It’s quite messy to reach in and grab the end of the actual lipstick, and of course, wastes part of it when it breaks off. I’d give this 5 stars if this were a better container.

Nice slender tube. Fits most of my pockets. This is a sheer color. It’s like a balm.

Good weight, moisturizing, but has weird beigy frost

I’m really into a more minimal makeup look, and I wanted something with sheer coverage that wasn’t as matte/drying as Glossier’s product seemed. There really aren’t that many sheer lipsticks around, so I was pleasantly surprised to find this one.The colors offered seemed wonderful, and I actually had to debate which one to choose since I was relatively positive that I would have a few flattering choices. I’m a POC with cool undertones, so I’ve had many a miss with color matching. I also now know what compliments my skin tone. I chose the berry color.Shipping was faster than was quoted, and I received my item along with another item barely two days after ordering. I was originally quoted early October delivery. The item was packed well in a layer of bubble wrap. The lipstick itself was in a cute ziplock pouch. The item was intact and undamaged. It didn’t even start to melt from sitting on my front porch in late-summer, North Carolina heat.The lipstick shade was an exact match as advertised upon opening. It was a deep berry color with a hint of sparkle in it. It glided on smooth and felt moisturizing. This is a big win for me, because those ladies in the Glossier videos look like they are absolutely dragging the lipstick across their lips to apply it. This lipstick left a light hint of color after one swipe. The sparkles were not noticeable unless looking for them in the light.All told, I’m extremely pleased with this product, and I hope to try some new shades very soon!

I absolutely love the look of this lipstick. One my 3rd color and 4th tube. The amount you get is smaller and goes quicker than other lipstick I would 100% give it 5 stars despite this EXCEPT ever single one has the lid get loose before it is done being used and it constantly comes off in my purse. Seems to be the last 1/4. That being said, I am still going to order especially the sunset rose my go to color. The shine and hold on this is amazing.

Vibrant colors, smooth texture good value

I used to be heavily into makeup-- as I've gotten older (and, of course, busier as a full time working mama) that interest has fallen to the side. I am now much more of a less is more type person and also am now more concerned with natural, beneficial ingredients. With that being said, I'd still like to be able to get a bit more done up than my "wake up, wash face, put on sunscreen, and go" ritual. I came across Undone beauty by happenstance-- I saw the lipstick and thought "let's try this" -- the color is fairly shimmery, but in a good way-- not a overflow of glitter way. It feels great going on-- which is what I love. It actually feels hydrating! Also, since it is sheer if some of it rubs off during the day it isn't as obvious as it is with actual lipstick, you don't need to feel over-cognizant about it. I loved this so much that I actually ended up ordering their "unfoundation", water bronzer, and another lipstick. I'm excited about the quality, the minimalist nature, and the price (can we say AFFORDABLE).

Great product for great price. Gosh garnet is the perfect non pinky nude for paler skin tones! Packaging is super cute to!
