Why did you pick this product vs others?:Yum!! I'd had a delicious glaze on a caprese salad at an Italian restaurant and decided I'd like to have some glaze for use at home. I tried a few brands and was disappointed each time. Turns out they're not all the same. Not even close. Asked next time I was at the restaurant, and they said they use Roland's. Not quite the answer I expected! But I ordered a bottle of it, and I've since ordered many more. Never want to be without it. Love this stuff!

This balsamic glaze is so good and very affordable. I find it not to sweet and not to vinegary. It’s amazing in pasta and avocado toast. Best on Amazon
