Super pleased with this purchase and the customer service is unsurpassed. I wish all companies in the U.S. had staff like this, best experience I have ever had. We had misplaced the screws during the demolition phase of removing the old tub and walls, I contacted the company to admit our mistake and they immediately offered to send us the replacement screws. We had lost them and they had no hesitation in helping us out. We are really pleased with this product, its beautiful and rather than settling for a bathtub that looks like it could have been in any basic apartment- we have this beautiful bath in our home that looks so elegant. As with all home improvement projects, we soon realized we now need to replace the shower on the other side of the same damaged wall- and are definitely Only looking at using DreamLine for that project as well. Thanks Amazon for carrying such a great product.

This thing is nothing but a headache. First of all my "prime" shipping took an extra week. It seems ok outta the box, but when installing I noticed the factory edge was not straight at all, it's got an area that's dips in about a 1/4" on the corner. With that corner off it looks funny because the metal corner piece and the other side are 1/4" higher. If that wasent bad enough, the decorative edge sits flush with my tub spout, so I'll either have to caulk the hell outta it or remove the drywall and move the spout up. Overall this was a horrible buy, 300 dollars for a crappy piece of plastic. Plus exposed metal in the shower. Buyer beware!

Great price. Easy to install.

It came quickly and was packaged nicely. It is very light around 35lbs. Much nicer looking then some of the ones at Lowes and about half the price. Very easy to install and easy to cut with a box cutter and a new blade. The only downside was there was NO instructions in the box, but luckily Amazon put them on their website so I could use those. Will fit many tub walls as it can be cut. Also came with extra parts baggie which is always helpful.

These panels for perfect square bathroom with flat walls.It will not fit to any regular bathroom walls.2 corner covers are metal.It will not cover all the gabs.Require extra corner cover materials and labor.And it’s too expensive.

Attached directly to the wall, directions were a little confusing but figured it out, comes in 4 sections with covers for the gaps between each section, you have to cut your own holes for the valve and spout my shower head was above panels, I didn't use the selves it came with, however they were very nice and made of glass

I have installed a few tub surrounds and this one was the least successful. While the joints at the corners and middle of the back allow for various sizing, they also lead to leak troubles. If you are redoing the plumbing, which is almost automatic, be very careful not to get the tub spout or shower head at the same level as one of the decorative ridges in the end panel. I got lucky but there should be a caution in the instructions for this. Also the simulated tile pattern channels water behind the shower control and will require extra sealing. Be sure to figure out a way to keep pressure on the panels for a couple hours after you put them up. The panels are quite flexible (flimsy?) and require constant pressure all over to get a nice solid feel after the adhesive dries. I gave three stars but would not recommend or buy again myself.
