All Purpose 1/2-Inch Extra Thick High Density Anti-Tear Exercise Yoga Mat and Knee Pad with Carrying Strap, Multiple Colors

This mat is so comfortable to use. It’s definitely NOT like being on a hard surface. I use it at work for stretching and the kneeling pad is so helpful. I am not a regular yoga person and am often dressed in non-yoga clothes. The kneeling pad keeps me completely off the floor and makes getting up/down so much easier. This was an excellent purchase and I recommend for anyone who wants/needs padding. Having said that, it is not so padded as to cause any issues with balance. Super cute colors and so easy to un-roll/roll up right in my office. Strap makes it easy to transport and keep the mat rolled up securely. Definitely worth the money and would recommend it for anyone looking for a good quality mat with a nice thickness.

I tend to hesitate when buying padded things online because it's hard to tell what it will really feel like in person. I had a bad experience in the past with a very flimsy yoga mat that was essentially just for non-slipping (and wasn't even great for that). I have been needing a mat that can support my back and body in a way that doesn't cause stress, and instead cushions my bones, joints, etc. This mat is PERFECT! It is super soft and cushioned, and doesn't slip on my hard wood floor. it squishes nicely under my feet as well, and is wide/long enough to hold my whole body, even when in a wider position. the knee pad is so wonderful, I did not know I could be so comfortable while working out, and leave without bruises on my knees. the yoga blocks, too, and a lot more sturdy than I expected, as I have also had bad experiences in the past with yoga blocks that crumble with weight. This set blows everything out of the water, and considering how much you're getting, is incredible for the price. (AND THERE'S A 2 YEAR WARRANTY!).

I needed a yoga mat overnight and inexpensive. I bought this one. It is thick and cushy!It is also stretchy on the hardwood varnished floor of the yoga group I participate with. And with that stretch, it makes squeaky noises when it is new on that floor. And it when it does stretch from things like Downward Dog, the mat gets a temporary texture that resembles cellulite under your feet or hands.These problems don't bother me. It no longer has the "new" squeak. My daughter can't stand to use it! Which means she doesn't take my mat! :) As I often have family members or friends that join me for yoga, I did purchase a second, identical to the first. The date of purchase associated with this review was actually the second purchase.My sons love using the blocks to practice and stands and other tricks.I don't think these mats will be ultra durable, but they gets used at least 2x weekly. I've been using the first one for around 6 months. There is now one small stretch tear in it, but otherwise it works excellent and is still my favorite to use.

My knees aren't sensitive, but regular yoga mats give me issues. This is thick enough to not need anything extra for padding. Soft enough that my spine feels fine when I'm on my back. Doesn't slide around the floor. My feet feel stable on it. So far, the material has held up. No ripping. It's also loose and light enough to roll back up and put in my bag. Also, I love the color. 😊

The mat itself is great, nice and cushiony. I love the extra piece for extra knee padding! And the carrying strap is very handy!

This is a nice exercise mat. Thick, squishy and a little wider than my previous mat. The extra pad that is included is a nice extra. I'm still not entirely certain what I'll use it for, but it would probably work as a kneeling pad while working around the house. The carry strap for the main mat work as intended. It's about the minimum needed for such a strap, but it's functional. I do like that the straps that wrap around the mat have long pieces of velcro. This allows the mat to be rolled either tighter and more loosely. It's nice to have that flexibility. Personally I like the bright, almost neon, green color. I find it bright and cheery. It would stand out if it was being stored somewhere where it was visible, like under a couch or in a corner of a room. While I haven't used the mat extensively, I assume the durability will be similar to previous mats and with a bit of care will likely stand up well to regular use for its intended purposes. This mat was purchases via Amazon Warehouse. It was a return and was not in it's original packaging. It did not have any bad smell or other out gassing issues. But that might not be the case with an original purchase. Overall, this is a nice mat at an affordable price and I am very happy with my purchase.

Only used 5 times so far, but product holds thick during usage, and comfortable to the knees, hands. Has good traction for certain stretches. Didn't realize it would be helpful in so many different ways after exercising on a rug for so long! I would've like it to be just a little wider, but that's my own personal preference, not a reflection on this mat since the sizing is very clear in description. Quality is great so far, and knee pad is just as good. Price is a steal if the quality lasts.

I purchased the Pink exercise mat. It's great. It's thick and comfortable. I have been doing sit-ups, lifting weights, stretching. It's long and came with an extra piece of mat for more cushioning. It rolls up nice and I can use the straps it came with, for storing it. I definitely got my money's worth.

Super happy with the product. It is true to size and colour. The thickness is perfect and the foam isn’t too hard, it is soft while still providing enough padding from the floor. I love the knee pad, it’s the accessory I didn’t know I was always missing, it is perfect for the convenience of size or if you need extra thickness with the mat. The material is easily washable and seems like it will last me!
