Well the product itself is good... Great quality and good stabilization.... However their is a big issue when it comes to compatibility... Let me explain... If you want to use the complete functionality... It is important to check if your camera is compatible with it or not... It comes with USB C cable to connect with camera and since all camera does not come with USB c port l, compatibility may become an issue... Example my lumix G7 does not have USB C port so what I needed to do was search for compatible cable to connect with the gimble... And guess what... The RSS cable that can connect is priced ₹5k... But too expensive for a cable... Although the gimbal can still stablize the shot... You cannot record or stop recording the video from the gimbal itself...which after sometime becomes really frustrating. It would have been great if it was possible to connect gimbal with camera using wifi... But sadly you can't

It's a good product but for the compatible list of cameras only, if you are gonna use this for a mobile or something the motor will overload and balancing it is quite difficult and some angles won't work with mobiles just like some features, but of course those can be solved probably with jugad.

The box (case) it comes in is just a toughened polystyrene (like your foam disposable coffee cups). Its lighter than what a cardboard box would weigh. Such a cheap made box. Also its not even an airtight or proper sealed box when closed, as in you can shut the box and peep closely thru the sides and you can see into the box, so it cant prevent dust or water splash (even a drizzle for few mins) getting in during storage and travel ?. Just press your finger or worse your finger nails into the box and you have a permanent dip in it. The hinge for this case is a plastic piece folded, like your cheap Rs.10 file folders at stationary shops. Operate the lid a few 100 times and it might split cleanly.For such an expensive product giving a box of temporary life is just plain bad by DJI. Only thing the box LOOKS GOOD. But which would you prefer, sci fi looks, or plain looks with more protection and life ? Ill any day take the 2nd option.Update : 09-May-2021 - I dont know whats behind this but its seems like a proper con method of pricing. I bought it about 5 months back for Rs.28k that too after a 10% discount. And then in just 5 months half the price on such expensive equipment. It makes us who bought it look like fools. So all these things like GH5 camera etc are all being sold at 500% margins ? and then they will just halve the price after we buy it. There can be some logical reduction in price or even increase. Not a drop like this which points out your just fooling people into buying at 30K and then when people stop buying you just drop it to almost half to see of others will bite. So the dealer gets it at maybe Rs.10k, greedily makes 20K margin and now when the buyers have dried up you sell at 19k to make 9k profit per unit. Now people who bought it for pro use will be ridiculed that its a school kid budget gimbal, and soon every kid will have one.

Must buy for beginners, I'll use this gimbal for wedding cinematic shoots.

Gimbal espetacular para câmeras pequenas, com diversas funções muito úteis na hora de gravar. Produto chegou antes do previsto, bem embalado, em perfeitas condições. Tive o azar de ser taxado pela receita federal, mas o vendedor me reembolsou assim que entrei em contato.

Doesn't fit/work for cameras stand in the description. Payload and operation didn't meet required standard.I read multiple reviews referencing my camera and lens would fit and be stable under the max weight limit this gamble has to offer, however in reality it really didn't perform.To top it off, If I want to return this order back to the sender, it will cost me more than the purchase price. So not only will I not be refunded but ill also be paying just to send it back - literally makes no sense.

I bought this knowing it didn’t electronically interface with my Canon Eos 80D and whilst it’s still usable as a gimble this has made it difficult to get the full functionality from it I would have liked. I knew this when I bought it though and unfortunately don’t use it as much as I had hoped to originally for this reason. My advice is, if your camera isn’t listed as fully compatible, don’t buy this product. Look for an alternative (I couldn’t find an alternative for my 80D) or purchase a camera that is fully compatible.
