Absolutely the (current) best solution for a bike rear-view camera
The media could not be loaded. This is the best solution for a wireless camera for bikes. It is very, very affordable for what you get. The unit sends you a BUNCH of extras.I'm going to review this as a person who uses it specifically as a rearview camera for a bike. It definitely is versatile for other applications (helmet cam, etc), but I can't speak to those. The GOOD:-The most affordable WIRELESS camera system for bikers. The SJ100 is cheaper, but I much prefer this unit for the fact that there's two batteries, more than one button (THANK GOD), and it lasts about 1.5 hours per battery-Pretty small! This is a fairly compact camera, and it's smaller than a GoPro-The camera quality is pretty good, especially for the cost/size-LOTS of additional materials for different kinds of mounts, including click-on mounts, sticker mounts, and different housing options-They give you everything you need- even a micro SD card! The FINE:-The camera is not actually waterproof or water resistant, but you can use a waterproof housing (included), which I did. This unit is actually a bit of a chore to get the camera into and out of consistently, which becomes a bit of a negative when you get to the battery time-It does not do image stabilization particularly well. In fact, I wouldn't say it did it at all.-The app is decent, but nothing remarkable. You also have to set up a dedicated WIFI signal each time you turn on the unit to have it connect to your phone. Thus, if you're leaving from home you'll probably have to disconnect from your existing internet to have it catch this WIFI connectionThe BAD:-The battery gives me about an hour and a half of use on one charge, even if I'm just using it as a view screen and not recording. However-- this is better than the SJ100 by about 50%, and they give you an extra battery.-There is no good way to get it to connect to a bike without modifying the unit. Sure, you could use zip ties or trust the adhesive, but I can guarantee you that the former is ugly and the latter is absolutely going to fall off. I chose to literally screw it into my bike fender and bolt it on, but I'm sure that a good epoxy would also be an option.-The waterproof housing is pretty tough to open. Like, it's a real pain. And when you have to open that up to change the batteries, it does get pretty obnoxious. In all, I ended up bolting it directly on to my bike tire guard (literally drilling through one of the mounting bases to do it), but that worked great for me. It stayed exactly where it should, and there really wasn't much "shake" from that application. Definitely ended up picking up mostly tire noises, but the picture was fairly good quality throughout.I thought that this was a good solution as a rear camera, and indeed it is! But there are still some silly hoops you have to jump through for these budget solutions. I would LOVE a version that uses bluetooth signals instead of dedicated WIFI, so that I don't have to disconnect from my home WIFI to use it. The picture quality is good enough, and I thought it did remarkably well for night rides. In all, this is an above-average product for use on a bike. I ended up using an old iPhone as a dedicated screen mounted to the bike (and not having it auto-connect to any other WIFI signals).

Incredible value decent action cam.
Five stars for value for the money. I have two of these cameras now. I use them as front and rear race car cameras. A huge feature for me is the dash cam mode set to non-looping. Both my SJ cameras start recording in sync when I flip a dash switch and provide unlimited recording to SD limit. NO Go-Pr0 can do that, those cams are 10 minutes each. The SJ can take the entire 30-minute race. The rest of the features are same as other cams. It's not high end, but for dimes on the dollar, it's a decent camera. The accessory package is generous, like most others

Action-cam Dash-cam!
I bought this SJ8 PRO 100% for a dashcam since my 2025 Bronco Sport has a dash tray with an M6 accessory mount, and two type-c USB ports. Once this action-cam is in Car Mode it automatically turns on AND STARTS TO RECORD once you start your car, and then powers off when you shut off your car. I have mine set to auto-off after 10 minutes just to capture any footage after I walk away from my car. I live in an apartment complex so it's an attempt of a deterrent from theft. And I'm still trying to figure out the motion detection settings, I don't think every option, such as motion detection, is available at the highest resolution. I'll have to experiment with the resolutions, so we'll see if I regret this camera as a dashcam. Motion detection is 100% required and I can't turn it on at the moment, hence the 4 star review. My 2K Viofo mini is an amazing dashcam (with great motion detection) but I don't like having something suction cupped to my windshield with a wire dangling down to the dashboard. I feel like that's a messy, outdated concept. But as far as the camera goes, it records amazing 4k videos. And the app is fine even though it has horrible reviews, I can watch all my driving videos on my phone. I'll update this review if anything goes wrong (as a dashcam).

The best for the money!
I purchased an SJ4000 many years ago for use as a helmet cam for my commute to and from work on my motorcycle. It cured the problem of road rage from drivers on the freeway. Once they saw the camera, they straighened up their road manners. I have several clips of road rage in progress and one where the perpetrator came back and tried to intimitate me for recording him trying to ram another car. I just pointed to the camera and he tried to run away in traffic. For the cost, it lasted 5 years and produced quality recordings at 1080P/30fps. I never had any issues with it. Don't buy a cheaper off brand camera. This one has the quality you need and want. If you can afford it, buy the SJCAM pro model, however, this will work for any recording. This new model has a better chipset and better battery life, and provides excellent recordings.
