Poorly packaged. Wood broken. Cheaply constructed
Spent hours repairing and the item looked like it had been returned and resold.

Easy to set up, but buy it larger than you need
Sweet little house really cute, but I got the extra large and still too small for my dog so if you have a big dog, you may want to consider getting something else . My dog hasn’t gone inside, but it’s a really cute house and easy to install.

converted to tortoise house
I used this house to make a heated tortoise house. I installed installation to make it warmer and heated it with a thermal tortoise heater. I love the way it looks in the yard. and my tortoise loves it.

Splintered or Broken
The pieces that are not broken, are usable and sturdy. However, after opening the delivery box, several pieces were either broken or splintered. I was able to use some wood glue to put it together with the pieces that I could, but I caution you buying this item online unless you have some extra pieces of wood laying around to complete the build as I did.

Broken home
The house comes damaged right out the box. Its always nice to repair something before you can even assemble it. Once put together it is a little wobbly sonhopefully it holds up.
