Advanced Hyaluronic Acid Supplement with Type II Hydrolyzed Collagen, 30Count

Believe it or not, this isn't just for joint issues. A beauty blog that I semi-follow recently suggested this for hair and skin health in conjunction with Saw Palmetto, so I've been trying it out. While it's far too soon to assess its impact on my hair, my skin looks good (knees are still giving me grief, though!) What I can share is that these capsules aren't enormous, just a standard sized capsule, so swallowing them isn't awful. Additionally, while some supplements have a horrible smell, taste, or after taste - these don't, so I don't find myself procrastinating over taking this every morning. This product is priced nicely, so I'm not likely to put off or opt out of reordering it.I'll update my review periodically to keep you updated on my skin, hair, and knees. If this proves to make a difference in any of them, I'll happily pass my observations on!

I like this product, I have pain in my hand and feet when I get up in the morning. The bad part is the stiffness; I have to stretch my hands and feet in bed before I get up. I stared taking the pills and I still have the pain but not stiffness; not more stretches. It is hard to explain, without the stiffness it is much easier to use my hands and the pain is not as noticeable. I do not like take even vitamins, but this supplements has helped a lot and I hope it works for you. It is not a cure; nothing can cure joint pain but the supplement helps and I did not have to wait long to feel the change.

She said she was amazed by its effect on her skin. Despite using cosmetic items, she said her skin has been feeling coarse lately due to aging (she's in her early sixties). Nature's Instincts Advanced Hyaluronic Acid Formula includes Type II Collagen & Chondroitin and Hyaluronic Acid. This formula is designed to assist with joint comfort and younger-looking skin. I am incredibly active and lately have not had a lot of downtime to repair. I was hoping that this formula would give my joints and skin the extra tender loving care that is needed. I have taken this formula for nearly a month and have not noticed a significant difference that I can tie directly to this product. I have also experienced gas pains when taking this supplement. I am unsure if this is directly correlated. I study supplementation and know a fair amount about supplements but also have used numerous brands. Nature's Instincts formula is not GMP certified. I just have to trust that what it claims is in the bottle, is actually in the bottle. This is problematic to me because rice powder is used as a filler. In the past, I have found that rice filler can take the lead in a supplement and very little else can be found. I have not experienced enough benefit from this product to recommend or to order again. It has not relieved my joints and I have not noticed any difference in my skin.

A bit large, but that's ok. I have noticed a small difference in my aching joints since taking these. I guess I will see with further use.

I am going to recommend these not only on the large dose of Collagen in them that promotes healthier looking skin but also on the 80 mg of Chondroitin which I have already noticed an improvement in my Joint stiffness. I use to buy the Chondroitin by itself, so this is like getting 2 good things for my body all in one pill, which not only saves me money but is more convenient.It's also good to know that they are Vegetarian friendly.It should be noted that they are pretty large pills (see pic) so take them with a full glass of liquid.

I just started taking these Hyaluronic capsules and I have no adverse reactions. They are standard size capsules that are easy to swallow. There is no strange taste or aftertaste. I will update in a few weeks in regards to the effectiveness of the suit!
