I ordered the 8’6x12 in Ivory. Because of the weight, we had it delivered with Amazon’s $15. inside delivery service, which was also perfect. They brought it inside and opened it so I could see the backing and the fibers. They were careful, respectful of my home, took their time and made sure I was happy with it.This rug is so thick, soft and luxurious, I love walking across it with bare feet. Very good quality. No problems with it lying flat or uneven edges. Although it’s listed as Ivory, it really is a true Cream color with a barely perceptible hint of a warm undertone. It’s a perfect color match with a Smith Brothers Cream Chenille sofa. The price was amazing and less than a quarter of what I would expect to pay in a fine furniture or carpet store. The only drawback is not being able to use a vacuum with a beater bar, but we purchased a small, inexpensive shop vac for use with all of our rugs.

I can’t tell you how many rugs I’ve purchased and returned or given away over the years because they just don’t stand up to my expectations. I finally found it. These rugs are sturdy and have a nice, thick, plush feel under my feet. Beautifully made. Definitely recommend. I won’t buy any other brand from now on.

I just got this rug yesterday. I rarely write reviews. But I feel I really need to on this one. Not only did it get here ahead of schedule, but it is true to its description. The color, size, and thickness. It is SO plush! I love walking on it with bare feet. It is a great addition to my office and certainly warms up the room. Love this rug! It is worth every penny.

Soft, plush and just what I wanted! It arrived quickly and well packaged, with the ends covered with a protective "shower-cap-type" elastic-lined fabric. It unwrapped and laid flat all but the last 2 inches or so which were flat in the morning. It does have a bit of a chemical smell, but it dissipated quickly and was not bad enough to bother us while sleeping in the same room the night we got the rug. It also had a note from the company saying how they pay attention to detail and how customer service is important (nice touch) and they mean it because I actually had them ship me 3 FREE SAMPLES before I decided on the color. Speaking of color...Trueness to Color:When comparing the swatches sent to me: white, silver and dark grey - I opted for the dark grey. BUT when I received it, the rug was actually MUCH DARKER than the sample was that they sent me! I actually liked it better, but it is almost black which is a very big difference, so BEWARE! *See pics*Compared to other rugs:This one (Unique Loom Solid Shag Collection Snow White 4 x 6 Area Rug (4' x 6')) was so cheaply made I could see the backing through the surface! It also claimed to be white but was a yellowy off-white and had a slippery backing that would require a rug gripper under it.My favorite rug of all time for softness is (K-MAT 32x47 Inch Large Luxury White Bath Mat Soft Shaggy Bathroom Rugs Non-slip Rubber Shower Rugs Microfiber Washable Bath Rug For Floor Bathroom Bedroom Living Room) but it's just a large bath rug and not available in 8' x 10' or I would have been overjoyed!The rug is beautiful and the backing is textured enough that I don't use a rug gripper under it. Anyway, after shopping for several weeks for a good rug, this one is finally the softness, plushness, thickness, non-slipperiness, color and price I wanted! Beautiful rug, made well, vacuums well, but may be difficult for someone because the pile is high, and the vacuum doesn't easily slide at times depending on the direction of the pile. The price is amazing, considering I went to top retailers and the same quality of rug was upwards of $2000.

This rug is worth every penny… I wanted this for such a long time and then I finally splurged and got it… It is as luxurious as it looks in a pictures. Just give it a few days to fluff up after being rolled up and shipping..

I absolutely love this rug. It is a very good value love the colour bought it in ivory, nice thick pile. I have a huge German Shepherd, and so far so good doesn’t show stains or marks, even in a light colour. I was concerned about that, but it seems to be wearing really well. Creases came out fairly quickly. For the price, this is a really good value

This rug was far too small. Not like photos.Have tried unsuccessfully to return and get a refund . Canada Post has delayed the return and I am not having luck getting help from the sender. Dissatisfied customer.
