I bought a retractable clothesline somewhere else that was totally useless. Decided to go with this non-retractable stainless steel clothesline and it’s great with no sag. If you read reviews of people saying it sags it’s because they don’t know how to install it and it’s very simple.

Replaced my clothes line and this is so much better than the retractable ones if you want it to stay up year round!

The line was very strong and did exactly what was needed; the only reason I gave a four was because the directions could have been simpler.

I only just now strung it up but I am very pleased with how it stretches straight and tight and holds clothespins nicely (seemed too thin but that is not a problem). I think I have found the ideal clothes line material. I had bought some very sturdy plastic line designed for clothes lines and, though an improvement over braided nylon rope, it was not impressive. I AM impressed with this coated wire line. Nice stuff.

We mounted the line and seems to work good.

Did like it stared to rushed.

Hard to get screw tight enough on the buckle to keep the end from slipping out under load.
