I am surprised at all these favorable reviews. This product is junk. The instruction manual is only 4 pages long and not very helpful. As for the washer itself, its nowhere near 3000 PSI. Even with the 0 degree nozzle it barely knocked the dirt off my car. I have garden sprayers with more pressure. To top it all off, after an hour, the motor burned up and stopped working. I will be returning ASAP. This is poorly made junk.

Works great for a small compact unit. Only issue is surge reset button have to play with it several times before it keeps power on.

Washer worked the first time I used it. Second time I used it which was months later, while it works, the wand leaks excessively and I believe there is significant loss of pressure to the nozzle because of the leak.

It started leaking from the bottom. Something was loose with the pressure buildup area. I thought I’d open it up to see if I could tighten it. It tipped over twice while using on flat ground, but that shouldn’t have split the metal in two (see picture). I purchased this at the end of September and now at the beginning of November it is garbage.

When I started shopping for a pressure washer, I needed something that was compact (to fit in my motorhome bay compartments) and yet, powerful enough to do the job. Based on all of the reviews I thought it would be a good buy. When I used the washer for the first time, the power was good, the unit was a perfect fit for what I needed, but here is what annoyed me. Because the pressure washer water line is mounted on top of the unit, every time I would try to pull on the cord, the unit would fall over. Also, the washer line is very stiff and therefore always wanted to coil up which made for extended the line almost impossible.Now after just a few weeks the GFI switch has stopped working and the unit will not turn on. Here is where is gets worst. Because this seller is NOT an Amazon seller, you must return the unit to China and pay the shipping cost in order to get a refund. The only problem with that is that it cost $300 to ship the unit back. WAHT A RIP OFF!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER!!!!

This item barely lasted 3 month. the hose went bad within weeks! now the machine is going in and out as if the pump is going out. i haven't had it for 3 month! AVOID!!! Going back to gas washers.
