Works Great, as long as you know its limatations.
This cable will not work with Mics that need phantom power, however, it works great with mics that don't need it. It is well made, and a good bargain.

awesome product for little money
Worked right away with windows 10 and Samson Q2U (dynamic microphone), the only problem is that it has the hisss sound when mic is on 100% in windows settings, i changed it to 85% and there is not more hissss. Very please with it so thank you very much :)

Wasn't What I Was Looking For
For my mic, this cable made it technically possible for my mic to connect to my PC... it saw it, recognized it, installed the drivers... but it didn't work. For my mic to work, it needs to be run through an audio interface that can amplify the signal (a lot). So, this cable is probably fine in some applications... but it was not what I needed to make my mic work... so was a total waste of money.

I did not think this would work so well.
I bought this with some uncertainty as to whether it will as was advertised. It worked better than I expected, plug and play into our Dell desktop with an output connection from our Soundcraft mixer. The OBS software recognized the input with zero problems for our live stream.

Works as advertised
Needed an XLR cable to USB cable to run from a mixer board to a computer for recording. This cable worked as advertised with no problems. This was from an Allen & Heath SQ7 mixer board to a 2010 MacBook Pro. The input appears in the Mac OS as 'USB audio device'. The green light on the USB end flashes when the input is being monitored or recorded on the computer.

So much static...useless
Product is useless. Sound is covered by so much static that I cannot use the product.
