These sponges provide a cushion that just changes everything. Definitely worth trying. Also, the sponges are not bulky so you can wear them and shoes and boots as I have tried so far.

I don't recommend
These foot sleeves broke on day 2... the pads are ok, but they don't stick well and are not at all contoured so they're uncomfortable. They do take away some pressure, but not enough for how uncomfortable they are. I do not recommend.

Was great while they lasted
I got these in hopes of alleviating some of the soreness and pain I get from walking. These things were wonderful and was really comfortable to walk on, and did help with the pain. Unfortunately they did not last very long. After the fifth time I wore them, I was out on my feet for a bit. When I went to remove them I had found the middle toe loop had completely snapped on both sides, and there was a bit of high wear and tear on the main pads (could see the start of several tears). I was a bit disappointed. So beware, if intending for heavy use these may not last, but for my light and moderate walks they held up a bit better.

Not a ton of shock absorbing benefits... But nice!
The silicone elastic SEBS gel pads for the ball of foot were easy to put on and provided additional comfort & shock-absorbing benefits. I also tried them on in several pair of shoes and had no issues. They do take some time to get used to because you feel like you're almost slipping at first. I really like that there breathable. I did not care for the free peel and stick pad. That actually created pain.

Comfortable, but rips easily
I gave it 4 stars for comfort, pain relief and softness because it is super comfortable if you can get it to stay in place and not rip apart. Unfortunately, I had to give it 2 stars overall because the silicone material rolls and rips easily, so when putting on socks or shoes over top of it, it rolls over on itself and is not flat. It's tricky to get it just right. It also ripped within 2 weeks of wearing it and I can no longer wear them. :(

Arrived NEXT DAY & BETTER than the other foot pads out there!
After having my foot surgery, I have struggled with metatarsalgia and significant pain regardless of what shoes I wear. Some days, it has become nearly impossible to walk. I found these metatarsal pads much better than others I have tried because of how slim they fit. I love the comfort the silicone pads bring. The tiny holes on the bouuttom, keep them breathable, without creating a smell. The sleek, unobtrusive design relieves my discomfort without making shoes overly tight when wearing them. I even am wearing them as I write, barefoot around the house. Easy to wash and easy to re-use. Plus as a bonus, you get an extra set of ball pads to put in your shoes. I would recommend these to anyone dealing with foot pain and needing some sort of relief!

Exceeded Expectations!
These are wonderful. I have suddenly been having really sore areas under my toes and balls of my feet. I had about given up wearing my winter boots as they seem to be what has aggravated it. These have made me able to wear my boots again! They must be worn under socks to stay put and you have to take it slow and be careful putting your shoes on. But...once on, I haven’t had them budge all day. I totally forget they are there except my feet feel so much better. I’ve done a ton of walking this winter—NYC, Paris, etc. These give me hope!!! :)

Poor Quality
I thought these would be great because they were so thin and didn't raise my foot up in the shoe so my toes rubbed on the top of shoe. Unfortunately,, after wearing only the 2nd time, the rubber pulled apart where the toe holes meet the body so won't stay in place on my foot now. Waste of money.
