I have had hip pain for over a year. I have tried many different things and nothing seemed to work. I started taking Osteo Bi-Flex about five weeks ago and it has made a huge improvement in relieving my pain. I take it religiously one pill every morning one pill every night with food and it has almost completely eliminated all the pain in my hip. I can do things now that I couldn’t do. I just feel great. I highly recommend that you try this if you’re looking for pain relief, but you have to be consistent and you have to take it Regularly daily without missing your doses and you’ll see an improvement.

For the last few months, I have purchased a different product three times the amount of this product. This product is life changing. I am on my feet for 12 hours a shift, I have sciatica and bouts of plantar fasciitis. General joint pain as well, I feel so much better on this product. I noticed a change after 2 days. Take it with food though, may make you slightly nauseaus on an empty stomach. (Nurse advise.)

These are effective, but it does take time. After several weeks of taking i have notice less pain. The strength depends on your needs. I do believe these are a good value for the money.
