When attached to air hose the unit is continuously "sucking air" through the system without pressing the thumb throttle. Is unit defective?
How do i contact the company? there’s no website, phone, address or anything. how do i get replacement parts?
Should i hear an air hiss when i pump? i do and i lose vacuum pretty quickly and have to pump repeatedly.
