We've had ours a few months now for our outdoor shower and love it. Looks and functions perfectly. Love how easy it is to click between settings of shower, faucet, and handheld, and the click sound it makes is so cool. Love love, hope it lasts a long time. Seems good quality and the plumber had no installation problems.

I had this installed outside in summer of 2021. It has gotten a ton of use and has held up nicely to all the kids and dog bathing. We did attempt to winterize it in our North Georgia climate and it appears as though the tube (as seen in other reviews) may not drain completely if you are not careful. Ours busted out of the end. I contacted the company with my Amazon purchase information and they quickly sent a replacement part. We easily replaced it ourselves but had to remember to get the gaskets from the original piece so it would not leak. The company then followed up later to make sure that all issues were resolved. It is a lovely outdoor shower with three options for use. Very sturdy and well built. I highly recommend. Thank you!

This outdoor shower set is fantastic. It feels like you are standing in a powerful waterfall. Very relaxing. It is our go to shower now.Note: I had a leakage issue with the valve upon re-opening the shower after winter. The customer support team went above and beyond to help diagnose the issue and offer replacement parts. If you live in a cold climate and shut down your shower in the winter, I highly recommend removing the valve over the winter to avoid any leakage issues in the spring. Customer support did an outstanding job explaining how to remove the valve.

It's a nice faucet. I unfortunately wanted it for a clawfoot tub. It does not work for a clawfoot tub. The spout hangs halfway down the tub so you could never use it for a bath Also it is only 45" tall unless you buy an extension pipe. I would return it but the replacement faucet I ordered from Amazon did not arrive because it was lost and now it is too late. I guess I can make an outdoor shower this summer.

Love the look of this shower! Having the 3 different options (shower head, handle, and foot spout) is amazing and all have gotten use! Landscaping isn’t done yet for our new back door space but shower is def heavily used after swimming, for rinsing feet, I even use the foot rinsing spout to fill my flower watering can 🤣— we’ve only had for a week so I don’t know about longevity from being in sun but so far it’s great and pretty!

This is junk ! Valve busted and leaks 3 x I’m replacing the whole thing now with something else . Parts come from china and waited over 3 months for correct parts

This was a replacement for a failed part. The customer service was very good. I recommend this company based on how responsive they were to the issue.

I love the 3 function shower. Used outdoors for 4 years then I had a leak in the shower head. The company promptly responded and sent a replacement. Great customer service!
