Knew my gait was off so went to a podiatrist. After x rays and consulting the doctor put these in my shoes and it was instant relief. Helped with my gait and lower back pain gone. I use these or wear Vionic.

My PTA daughter recommended these inserts for me years ago to help cushion my steps since I have degenerative arthritis with bilateral knee replacements. Now I use them in my shoes routinely. They last the same length of time as a pair of walking shoes, about a year. I reorder every time I reorder new shoes. Won’t go without them again. They make all the difference in the world! Just remember to remove the standard footbed in the shoes before replacing that footbed with these inserts! Perfect arch support and overall foot support. I questioned the price at first because they were almost as expensive as the shoes but, after using this brand for ten years now, I’m sold on them and won’t go without them. Has greatly helped minimize knee pain on long hikes.

Absolutely love these. They make my shoes more comfortable and decrease knee pain since my arch is supported. Unfortunately there are shoes they don't fit in because the ball of the foot portion is too thick. But help in some shoes is better than in none.

Works decent for plantar faciatis

I purchased my first insert at a Running Shoe store. When I wanted to order shoes on line, I looked for the inserts and was delighted to find both the pink and green ones on line. When I change out the regular inserts for these...way better fit....for my sort of narrow, kind of flat feet. HAPPY with the outcome, EASY to order.

These superfeet insoles were recommended by my podiatrist for my sinus tarsi syndrome. They give great support and are comfortable to wear. My feet definitely feel better when these are in my shoes.

Bought these to help with my plantar fasciitis. They have good arch support but are very stiff and thin giving no cushion to my heal. I am returning them and bought their Hike insoles instead. Which have the arch support plus some cushioning in the heal.

These inserts are the 5th pair I have ordered over the years. Being an everyday fast walker they have saved my feet! Worth every penny!

These were recommended to me by a friend. I have flat feet and these work really well for me. I have been using them in trainers but could be easily trimmed to fit different shoes. I will buy again.
