Wow!
Best knife I have ever purchased. For those with smaller hands, go for a smaller size knifeI will be ordering more in different sizes to make my own specific set.

Quality
The quality was not what I was expecting. Obviously it was only a $20 knife but similar products around the same price point are much higher quality. With that being said the shape of the blade and handle were comfortable enough. However this knife is definitely suited for a home kitchen

Would buy again if on sale
Hard to sharpen but for a stamped steel knife great! Had to send it out with the knife guy for a re-edge after 2 months that's fine. I feel the design is state of the art. This coming from a Chef of 20 years.

Huge knife that won’t be used much
I got this knife to use in my block for regular use. I guess I didn't pay attention to the ad, because I didn’t realize the actual blade is 10” whoah! It’s huge. However, it does fit in my knife block, so that’s a bonus. The package said it was super sharp, but I found it to be not too sharp at all. I used it to cut some fresh veggies and cooked meat. It just feels like an overly cumbersome cheap knife to me. It’s not balanced at all, the way a knife should be. Not sure why one would need a 10” knife anyway, I guess on a briskett?

Super sharp and very big
I think I underestimated how big a 10 inch blade was, this knife is huge. It is great for chopping! The most important quality of any chef's knife is its sharpness, and the Prodigy Series Chef's Knife does not disappoint. Straight out of the box, it was razor-sharp and has maintained its edge exceptionally well with regular honing. It effortlessly slices through vegetables, fruits, and meats, making prep work a breeze. The ergonomic handle of this knife is a standout feature. It fits comfortably in my hand and offers excellent control and balance, reducing hand fatigue during extended use. Whether you're a professional chef or a home cook, you'll appreciate the thought put into the design of this knife. The hollow ground edge adds an extra layer of versatility to this knife. It allows for smoother and cleaner slicing by creating pockets of air between the blade and the food, preventing sticking. This feature is particularly handy when dealing with sticky ingredients like cheese and potatoes.I've been using this knife for several months now, and it has held up admirably. The stainless steel blade is resistant to staining and corrosion, and the overall construction feels sturdy and reliable. With proper care, I expect it to last for many years. The 10-inch blade may be a bit long for those with smaller hands or limited counter space. It can also feel slightly unwieldy for delicate tasks.

Really good confort, bad quality.
I am a professional Cook/Chef, a knife is our most important tool. I have trigger finger so I started using this Ergonomic knife. The knife does not hold its sharpness on an 8 hr shift. The blade is propense to bend making it dangerous to work with and makes it difficult to maintain good knife cuts.

A quality knife
This is a well-balanced chef's knife, with a comfortable, ergonomic handle. The blade has a full length tang, and has a true Granton edge, which reduces or eliminates friction/sticking and increases cut quality. Despite its size, it is comfortable to use, not being excessively heavy. The blade measures .093" thick at the handle, tapering to the point. The cutting edge curvature makes rocking it on the cutting board efficient for those large dicing jobs. The 10 inch length makes cutting a pizza a breeze as well. I use chef's knives for nearly every kitchen cutting task, as they are so versatile. This is a welcome addition to my other, smaller ones. While this isn't on par with a MAC chef's knife, it isn't a hundred and fifty bucks, either. With proper care, this should be fine for the average person.
