Everything is perfect, good quality. one small issue was the exhausrt bellow the rib on the outside was too big and needed to be plained down

Everything fit good and good quality, I only had one issue with this kit on my rebuild, the retaining ring for the drive shaft bellows even with the tool was not tapered just right, but a slight bit of tapping on the ring with a body hammer increased the taper so it popped in as it should. Not a deal braker in my book. don't hesitate even though it isn't an OEM part. If you need to replace bellows or rebuild outdrive you will need this kit and I was not disappointed. Do yourself a favor and just buy the bellows tool and retainer install tool at the same time, skip all that save a buck stuff, it will pay for itself because the exhaust bellows is next to impossible without it.

Bellows do not work! Driveshaft bellows are to thick and you can't get the ring in. Exhaust bellows are to short and when you lift up the sterndrive the pull off plus the exhaust is oval and the exhaust bellows they give you are round. They are very hard to get on. Do not buy.

This kit has garbage exhaust and gimbal boots....the exhaust boot is way too short. Trying to stretch it on is near impossible, and the boot feels thin. The lip on the gimbal boot is way too big, at least 1/8th too big to get retainer ring on. don't buy the cheap kit unless you want to replace it every year......2 stars because the gasket and O rings seemed to be decent quality.....

Compared to an original mercruiser gimbal bearing, the aluminum adapter on the outside of the gimbal bearing on this kit is 0.030” too large to make it impossible to install. Basically caused the job to stop and wait for another gimbal bearing (from quicksilver instead). Putting the bearings side by side the difference is clear.

BELLOW CAME CRAKED FIT FINGER THROUGH HOLE. HOLE HIDDEN UNDER CLAMP. THIS WILL SINK YOUR BOAT DO NOT USE THIS GARBAGE.Also grease seal blew out on gimbal bearing, thankfully greased it prior to closing everything up, this would have sent metal shrapnel all over the place.JUNK JUNK JUNK JUNK DO NOT TRUST DO NOT BUY YOU ARE RISKING YOUR INVESTMENT AND YOUR SAFETY
