Pros: NO flavor when mixed with something with flavor of its own. Dissolves very completely with a gentle stir. It actually improves the mouthfeel of coffee with oatmilk. Hydrolyzed guar gum is one of the best types of fiber for people with small intestinal bacterial overgrowth (SIBO), and has actually improved my results of prescription drug treatment for SIBO compared to prescription drug treatment alone.Cons: The product tub is too narrow for my hands. I feel like I have pretty average-sized hands. But yeah, those last few scoops exfoliate off a layer of my skin cells as I'm pulling them awkwardly out of the container, haha. if the container were a half inch wider in diameter, this product would be perfect. And at 17.09 on S&S, it's a better deal on Amazon than anywhere else I've seen it for sale, even when discounted.

By far, my favorite fiber. Worked great! No taste, no smell & dissolved easily. Helped me #2 regularly consistently - no more watery kind or stuck kind lol. I drank 1 scoop a day with some water. 10/10 recommend! Beats any of the others I have tried.

I love everything about this product. I have a problem sometimes remembering to take my fiber with this product it goes in my coffee every morning. Dissolves easily no taste difference and very easy on my gut. I follow it with a 16 oz bottle of water after my morning work out.

Excellent fiber product, works much better than Metamucil or other products. It's not cheap for what you get, but definitely worth it.

I'll have to update this after I've been taking it for a while because I'm not sure it works or not in the long run, but I can say it definitely makes my stomach feel better a few minutes after I drink it...Also while it is technically odorless and flavorless, it does have a notable effect on water. There's a Sarah Silverman bit in which she complains that her water "tastes thick," and that's what this reminds me of-- the water maintains a neutral flavor, but it feels thick and buttery to the tongue. Have not tried this in any other beverage yet, or on food. I do appreciate that at this reasonable price, you do get an enormous container of the stuff, so even if you intend to use it every day you probably won't need to order any more for a looooooong time!

Increase fiber intake

I’ve been ordering this almost monthly for the past few years after doctor recommending it. It was around $15 the first time, now almost $19 for a month’s supply. And the last few months it doesn’t seem to want to completely stir into the water. It used to take little stirring to dissolve it completely clear but now stays in some chunks with lots of stirring. I wish there were other options that were more affordable but this one is still the cheapest even with the increasing price. I do think it’s really good for gut microbiome.

This fiber supplement mixes into everything- I’ve added it in my smoothies and bone broth, virtually no taste at all. The powder dissolves very well after stirring and leaves no clumps. My body likes it and it doesn’t make my stomach cramp, or making me feel bloated. Give this a try!
