I’m pregnant and this works well for stretching and exercises. Great size, perfect resistance. My husband (230lbs) also plays with it and bounces on it kind of roughly and it doesn’t look like it’s going to pop so far.

I have no complaints. The ball does its job. I have had this for a few months now.

Ball works well, material seems good quality. Pump is clearly designed for people with smaller hands; I pinched my skin twice inflating the ball. Air seal seems good, no audible leakage.

My Physical therapist recommended a 65cm size ball for me. Weak leg muscles-(Back & knee issues) The ball is a nice thick feeling texture! Took at least 8 minutes to pump it up. I had to keep switching hands though. Not an issue. When sitting on it i’m approximately 157lbs pounds, 5’1” -it deflates to almost half its size. I didn’t buy it to sit on it anyway. They say when sitting on an exercise ball your legs should be at least at a 90 degree angle. Do your research or ask your doctor first which size will be right for you. I tried to roll on it to get in position to do sit ups but for me my strength may not be strong enough to remain stable. I rolled from side to side trying to stay straight & stable. I had to hold on to furniture and widen my legs to stabilize myself until I got it. I was able to do 10 sit ups in sets of 5 increments. I was happy with that. I’ll ask my therapist if it’s recommended that I do that particular exercise or not. I inflated it as much as possible to firmness while poking it. I didn’t want to inflate it too much to risk it bursting. I use it for stretching my back muscles laying flat on the floor with legs on the ball rolling it back & forth & also squeezing between legs to strengthen those leg muscles as well. In therapy they use a pillow but with this ball I feel the burn as well. (My muscles are waking up) I now need some kind of padding for my backbones (Spine & hips) cause the floor is too hard and I feel every one of them while doing it. I’m trying to find a mat that is easy to wash by hand. Right now i’m using the pillow for headrest & knees to get up cause these knee bones of mine hurt badly when trying to get up! I have to keep exercising as much as possible to keep my mobility, strengthening muscles, stretching between physical therapy sessions.! Wish me luck!

I have only had this for a couple weeks, but I am happy with it. I got it to do some of my physical therapy exercises at home. I have some serious back problems and this ball helps to relieve some of the pain. I am glad that an inflator pump was included and 2 plugs. I expect that it will hold up for a long time. If not, I will update this review.

Great product, great price. If you don't have a compressor to do the initial pump-up, borrow one from a friend. The included pump works, but would take a lot of pumping to fill this ball.

Inflated easily with included hand pump. I use it somewhat underinflated to match the one at the physical therapy that I attend.

My grandson loves these. He is non-verbal/autistic and the movement allows him to cope in the world. The product is well made and durable. That is needed with the amount of force he exceeds when bouncing (stimming).

Easy to inflate and works great. I love the colour (nail pink).Loses air over time (over a course of a couple of months) but I think it’s normal.
