Great, clean computer perfect for simple applications. I’m sure it can handle more but I only use it for emails and business things.Somehow I managed to knock the RAM loose in the tower and asked the guys if they had any tips. I had no idea what I had done and they troubleshot and diagnosed the issue with me. I had it running again within an hour! Thanks again so much guys! Great customer service, highly recommend!

Awesome deal here.,,, I purchased one of these Dell OPTIPLEX 755's here for $97.50 on Monday and it arrived on Friday.Just a computer and a power cord in the box,,,, super easy to set up. I plugged in my USB keyboard and mouse, speakers, monitor , and Ethernet cable... (there was a USB WiFi adapter but I like to use my cable as those adapters get very hot)I was delighted to see that Chrome was installed already,,, I just logged into Chrome and synced it and all my stuff is there.Then I installed my Norton Security center and Super AntiSpyWare for everything I need.... After removing some remote operation app and some other app and games installed by the programmer, my computer is clean and fast, Just set my personal preferences like the back ground and tool bar. Then I needed to re-boot a couple of times to trigger all the updates that are pending. .. now I can do my email, banking and browsing on Chrome and not worry about games or silly social media apps,,,my budget computer is up and running fast. I will offer ONE USEFUL TIP here. These older model computers tend to run hot, so a good addition to this set-up is to remove the side panel and place a small, quality, quiet running stainless steel fan, on low, to provide a constant flow of cool air to the motherboard.,,, (see pics)Great deal on a great computer, (at least it was for me),, HIGHLY RECOMMEND... !

First one quit working. I was a few days past the warranty but the sent me a new one. Wasn't happy about the first one breaking down but they stood behind their product. So 4 stars for computer but 5 stars for service.

The computer continually shut itself off to protect data and would have trouble loading. KLAMP sent us a different hard drive and it had the same problem as well. Someone suggested upgrading to Windows 10 and it definitely didn't want to do that. It shut off and refused to start back up.

Fast delivery. Took less than 30 min to set up and was surprised to see how well and quick it was. Would definitely buy another! Long term use will tell the tale though...

I'd like to give it all five starts, but, it was infected with malware galore. It seemed that maybe it wasn't cleaned out properly before Windows 7 was installed. I'd seen other reviews from this seller, most positive, and so I took the chance even though this product itself had not yet been rated. I did get it cleaned out, however, by downloading Microsoft Essentials, Hitman Pro (which managed to find and delete a Trojan virus) and Malwarebytes. I honestly just didn't want to deal with the hassle of packaging everything back up during the holiday season and sending it back, though I definitely would've if it hadn't shown progress. It's been a week and a half since I've had it going and so far, so good with no further issues. It's also important to state that the seller had been contacted and was willing to refund, so that's a plus.

The picture on Amazon shows what appears to be a 3.5 inch floppy disk drive. The PC received did not have this drive and was not the same as shown on Amazon. I therefore returned the PC. I'm sure the PC is a good one but I needed the floppy disk drive. If Amazon had a PC with this drive, I would buy it.

I am very pleased with the speed of my delivery. I did not need an expensive tower because of what application I'm using with my paintings. Ordered on Wednesday early afternoon and it just arrived 2pm, today/Friday! I am so amazed at the prompt delivery which originated in Florida and destination of delivery to Hawaii. Set up was a cake, took about 10 minutes and I'm all set and ready to GO.
