This rug is not only gorgeous, it is very well made. I've had it for a few months now and it still looks as beautiful as it did when it arrived.It came rolled up. I let it lie flat upside down for a few days and then right side up. I did spray it with a mixture of white vinegar and water 1:1 strength to help with the new rug smell and to also encourage it to lie flat. I didn't soak it, but I did get it damp. That helped a lot in both counts. Now as you can see it lies perfectly flat. The size is perfect for what I wanted, I could even go larger, but I'm happy as it is.I liked it so much I went back and bought a runner for my bedroom. Beautiful and well made. I recommend this rug.

We bought it originally to temporarily replace a rug targeted by a dog which we dearly love but one which is not completely house broken. In her defense, she grew up in a puppy mill and after 5 years of having puppies we rescued her from a puppy mill that normally discards dog when no longer needed for breeding.This rug is more beautiful than we expected and cleans easily. We are at a point where our beautiful dog is able to control herself nearly all the time now. The only thing that has changed is that we love the rug and are keeping it where it is. Temporary is now permanent.

I got this 3x5 rug in the blue design for a touch of comfort in the master bedroom. I put it at the foot of the bed so I walk across it as I'm getting ready for the day, etc. I really enjoy the look and the pattern, which is very classic and done in subdued tones for a very neutral and pleasant effect.I got the rug a few weeks ago and it had some plastic odor at first so I hung it to air out for a few days and now it's fine. It's also taking a while to lay down completely flat. It was packed and shipped in a pretty tight roll, and I guess the fibers are stiff enough that it just does not want to relax. There are bumps that rise in the middle, and the edges are still tending to curl up even though I've worked on rolling them the opposite way, and lay boxes and books and other objects on top during the day to get it to lay flat. It is a smaller size rug so maybe this is to be expected. I have not had it long enough to need to clean it. Feels very nice to step on.

Rug was a disappointment; the color is way off the photo in the description. I expected a beige/cream rug, with light brown accents. What I received was a dark brown, dark gray rug with some beige accents, and beige border. At first, I thought I received the brown rug, but after looking at all the photos in the description, I realized I did receive the BEIGE rug due to the beige border. My disappointment aside, I am keeping the rug as it's too much of a hassle to return. It does go with the furniture; I just didn't want a dark brown rug. I have purchased nuLOOM rugs before, with no issues with color being off, so I have confidence the rug will hold up to foot traffic and remain good looking.Revised review: The rug was darker than expected, but all I had to do was change the accent pillows on the couch...what a difference!! Now the rug is perfect for the room! I'm happy with the color, and the quality is spot on, as always. Yay!!

I bought the 9 x 12 and it is very pretty. The rug is a little thin but it is a great rug for the price I paid. I am very happy with this purchase.

I bought the same size rug less than a year ago and it was $70. It was pretty plain, nothing nice to look at but it was much thicker than this rug. This rug has a pretty design and looks more expensive than it is but it's NOT going to cushion the hard floor hardly at all. My 2 yo plays on it all day and if he leans back too hard or falls, this rug doesn't do much to cushion the blow. You can hear his (insert body part here- head, knees, butt, hands, etc) hit the hardwood under the rug as if there's no rug there at all. I hate that because other than that, it's a very nice looking rug and you can get stains out of it pretty easily and it hides stains pretty well if you can't! Just way too thin for the price. But it'll do for now.

Very soft, no weird smell, my kids have been playing on it since we got it. If something smudges or spills I’d definitely recommend tackling it before it’s tracked in or dried, a smudge of dirt came up easily. The color is slightly different from the picture but I’m happy with it!

Received my rug today and I am very happy with the colors. I ordered the beige and it has hints of blue and brown which is exactly what I was looking for. I am layering it on top of my wall to wall carpet so I like that it’s not too thick. It was rolled tightly so there are a lot of waves in it now and it’s not laying flat. I have some books on top now to help and am hoping that it will flatten out with time. It was a good price, overall happy with this purchase!So I am back 2 days later after I have had books sitting on the wavy areas of the rug for a couple of days and I can say that it is working. The rug is laying flat now. So overall, I definitely recommend. It’s a beautiful rug and adds a little pizzazz to our living room.

We’ve had for over a month and the bumps from it being rolled up in shipping are still not gone. Slides all over the floor and has zero grip. Do not buy. Would return if return window hadn’t closed already.

Every colour in the rug matched the furniture. Very happy with it. Perfect size for the room.

I'm angry that I would have to pay shipping to return a 9 x 12 rug that came to me with a big loose loop of wool on the border of the rug. If I put this carpet on the floor everyone will see it and it will unravel. How is this fair? I will never order a large carpet from Amazon again.
