Great quality but...
It feels like it's made with great quality it just hard to turn the handle

Good part, wrong washer
Good quality part. Feels really tight on turning the valve's opening/closing, it will probably loosen with usage. The rubber washer that came with it is too small so it leaks like crazy. Be ready to to put in your own hose-sized washer.

Solid adapter
I was unable to move the lever to open/close the valve. May have received a returned product with a stripped screw that controls the working lever.PSUnsolicited, product support offered to send a new adapter. I accepted. I was able to evaluate the new adapter and found it to be of excellent quality. So I am changing my original rating to a well deserved 5 stars.

Works good well made but much too hard to turn off and on!!!

This is a replacement for a plastic shutoff valve that started leaking. I am hoping that this metal one will last a lot longer.

GET A WRENCH
THIS ITEM IS SO WELL MADE THAT I CAN'T OPEN THE VALVE. I HAVE TO GET A WRENCH TO TURN IT.đ

Makes watering accessible
My outside faucet is in back of a number of plants and up a slight land rise, which makes it very inconvenient. Now I keep my hose turned on at the faucet and use this on/off valve to control the water from a convenient location.
