Overall a good value, fairly light weight, pictured on a converted 26" mtb with a 27.5x2.1", will switch to 650bx33mm. Didn't get five stars because of cheap quick release axles ( not very solid feeling)....2 week update, while changing tires I noticed some play so I decided to remove the cassette, I was surprised when I removed the skewer and the hub body fell off. Message sent to seller to make this right, hopefully I we will hear from them...The response was they found nothing wrong with the wheel based in the picture... When I service a hub it is a very deliberate action to remove the hub, not accidental

I wanted a second set of wheels for my mountain bike, for easy swaps between road and trail use (these wheels would work for either application, I have my road tires on this set). These are perfect and super reasonably priced! Solid, good looking, high-end feeling. The components (gears, disc brake) lined up perfectly on my fairly-standard 11-speed setup, and installed in no time. Cool red anodized and carbon fiber, bladed spokes, quick release... everything I wanted, and more. I recommend these wheels without hesitation!

I bought this wheel set along with the Bucklos 26" 100×9 120mm air suspension fork to upgrade the Specialized Hardrock to disc brakes. The pawls for the free hub are very responsive and strong. You're not going to sneak up on anyone out on the trail with these. If if you have an 9 speed cassette or smaller, you will need a spacer. I have a few bike parts and I tried a 9 speed cassette and when I tightened down the cassette lock nut, the cassette was still loose. I went with the original 8 speed cassette with space and have had absolutely no issues. I read where some people were having issues with the quick releases on these wheels. They must have fixed the problems because I have not had a single issue. The holes drilled for the disc brakes were perfect. Had no issues with burs inside the rim. Perfect for the bike I'm using them for.

Rims looks cool. I was hesitant with all the branding, but decals are easy to remove. Hubs are cool; sealed, clean, and red. Front wheel works like a dream. It works perfect. The rear rim however, did not work. The hub compressed and would hardly spin, due to all the resistance. I noticed that one of the aluminum seals you have to put on attemps to spin, when the hub should spin. I had to contact the seller for a refund after trying to troubleshoot it.

The rims were visually beautiful. They seemed to spin free and be trail ready out of the box. Unfortunately I needed a rim brake compatible wheelset... But the communication and customer service has been top notch. I will definitely look to purchase others mountain bike products from this seller in the future.

Pros: Light weight. Pretty. Appear well made.Cons:1) Valve stem holes are strange diameter. They are obviously intended to be Schraeder size but they're slightly too small to accept a Schraeder to Presta adapter/gromet (rubber or metal). Why would anyone make a modern wheel with Schraeder valve holes?2) The Spline body can be pulled off the hub. This is not a flaw but it's alarming for those accustomed to old school (Shimano) loose bearing hubs.

4 stars for now.Wheels came they look great. Has sealed bearings. Rim tape installed. Skewers came too. Comes with a couple of extra spokes too.Way lighter than my schwinn rims.Will update after some trail use.

Horrible. When tightening the rear skewer the while hub including bearings are compressed seizing the wheel. I found no way to contact the company. Returned for refund. Don’t waste your time.
