These installed easily and they look great.The power mirrors are very responsive.The puddle lights work.The turn signals are visible to the driver. My factory mirrors did not have this feature.I am very happy with these mirrors.

I had a temporary road construction sign blow over as I was passing it and struck my driver side mirror. The replacement fit perfectly, plus it had better and brighter turn signals the original. The shipment came with both outside mirrors plus a package of plastic removal tools that worked great and good enough quality to keep in my tool box. The electrical connections fit perfectly in the truck wiring harness. Good quality.. good fit.

Extremely well packaged in a Styrofoam 2 piece block inside a heavy duty cardboard box. Clear instructions, correct connectors. I can't tell these mirrors apart from MOPAR factory tow mirrors they are that good. Plug and play for existing options on my 2018 Ram 1500 Tradesman 5.7L Hemi. Power adjust and mirror heat worked right out of the box. Be aware if you have a 2018 or newer Ram you will need three things to make the turn signal, puddle lights and mirror position sensor work. This is a Ram thing that the mirror manufacturer has no control over. You will need an bi-directional OBD2 scanner or cable, a security bypass module or cable and alfaobd software to turn those features on in your body control module. 2017 and earlier Rams do not need the security bypass. Perfect mirrors, highly recommend.

At least a good as factory and the blinkers in the blind spot mirror are a welcome addition. I did not get any noticeable vibrations in the glass as some have reported. I do recommend getting the braces that go inside to stiffen up the mounting if your truck did not come with this style of mirror as they weigh about twice as much as the regular mirrors. All features worked out of the box for me, lower trim trucks without blinkers and puddle lights will need a trip to the dealer or can be activated with alfaOBD (my preference for Ram BCM mods).My one and only gripe is the passenger mirror seems to be pretty heavily magnified. I’m hoping the glass is compatible with OEM and I can just buy the factory glass and change it if it really bothers me, we’ll see how it goes. Other than this they are great, only reason for four stars instead of five.

As good or better quality than the OEM version. Love them.Be aware that if your stock mirrors didn’t have the turn signal or step light, they’ll plug in, but you’ll have to go to the dealer to get them unlocked in your truck’s computer. They’ll recalibrate the up down, left right of the mirror adjustment buttons.If you already had the turn signal and step light, it’s plug and play.

Look like oem and they’re plug and play. Easy to install and they work like a charm. Definitely recommend

First off, these came expertly packaged, appears to be without any damage. Next, following an online video, the old mirrors were taken off and new mirrors installed within 1 hour, very easy.All the functions appear to be working correctly, but, as others have also noted, the passenger mirror image is wavy.... it's not convex either, like most passenger mirrors.

Great mirrors for the price. I ended up getting the powered foldable mirrors and they work great.

These are really good quality towing mirrors for a great price. They even came with tools to help remove your door panels. Just watch a YouTube video not hard to install.

You do have to get this programmed if you're upgrading. Luckily I have a friend in the business. There are certain things that must be turned on to your truck's computer for the signal lights and the alternate power mirror to work. As a standard mirror the heated Mirror Works as well as standard applications of power mirrors. But when turned vertically the orientation is incorrect for power mirrors. Again a setting that must be turned on your truck's computer. I am very actually impressed with these mirrors taking me a little while to get used to tow mirrors. From the very first time I put them on and towed something they have been amazing a lot better View and way cheaper than buying it at the dealer.

First off,I would give this product a 2.5 star if it weren't for the great price when compared to OEM and the good customer service.The main mirrors vibrate considerably over the slightest bumps and when going over 100km/hr on the highway when in tow mode. They vibrate moderately when in normal mode. The convexed mirrors are very solid.The worst issue is with the passenger main mirror. I thought it was the mirror but it turns out it must be the socket in the housing that the mirror clips into. The issue is that the main mirror is concaved or convexed slightly when installed. This makes the reflection very distorted and magnified. Customer service was very quick to respond sending me a replacement main mirror. It looked perfect when not installed, but once installed it has the same issue.This is just me being nit picky but the LED turn signals both on the outside and the ones in the convexed mirror are brutally dim. You pretty much can't notice them at all during the day. Not horrible but not super at night. The puddle lamp is also very dim at night. It's as if the used standard LEDs instead of cobb etc.Finally, this only happened once but it makes me fear a permanent failure at some point. When flipping from tow mode to normal mode, the controls didn't switch. So up was right, right was down etc. I had to flip between tow and normal mode a few times then it went back to normal.Overall the build quality of the materials and fit/finish is very good, but if the mirror isn't accident with it's reflection, what good is it?

These Sanooer mirrors are extremely high quality. I got the white colour matched ones for my wife’s truck. They fit perfect and once I used the security bypass and scanner app I was able to activate features on the mirrors that my truck didn’t have before. One of my best purchases yet!!

Bought these week ago to replace my old mirros, love them and fit great but passenger side had defective pegs and it fell off while driving ! They look to be screwed it.. tried to put them back in the back of the mirror without luck so now I have no mirror on the passenger side till I figure this out.. can't find a way to submit warranty to Amazon either
