I wanted something that was a all in one, for itch control, cleansing and conditioner. The quality of the shampoo is fine and it gets the job done. The smell is great and it lathers up really good on the mitt. I took away a star because it supposed to help with itching and in my opinion it doesn’t. With that said I will buy again. Smells good and lathers up really well. I used it on my dogs face and it didn't bother her eyes.

Used this shampoo on my long haired GSD, it didn't lather up that well and smelled great in the bottle. I use a dog shower attachment that dispenses the soap for even distribution. I flipped to water only and rinsed her very well, rubbing my hands through her to make sure we had no soap left behind. She smelled like a wet dog at this time, not groomer clean as I was hoping. Dried her off even when dried she didn't smell clean. A day layer noticed sores and dry patches throughout her coat. I don't know what the groomer.uses but, that's what I want to use. Becareful on using on your fur baby test an area first. If you want them to smell groomer clean, this isn't the product.
