These are my absolute favorite. That said, I will not be ordering until winter. The shipment came days early when I wasn’t home, the Amazon driver left in direct sun even though package id labeled perishable and keep out of direct sun. On opening, the package had some very small cold packs which were melted and hot to touch and chocolate was completely liquid with no remaining shape. When it cooled, it solidified into a hard brick. I am so disappointed. All I wanted was to make cookies. While company gave me a refund, I really just wanted the darn chips. The problem is two fold; Amazon left in full summer sun but also product shipped prior to shipping window (usually a good thing unless you aren’t home) and inadequately protected for summer heat. While I adore these chips, do not order in the summer and expect something other than hot liquid chocolate.

I was seriously impressed with how these were packed in an insulated cooler bag with two ice packs, and not even in an Amazon box, but straight from the company. There were fresh, beautiful color and no white’ness and absolutely no melted chips.The quality of taste and texture was amazing and I am so happy with them. The first think I am making are some fat bombs, I can’t wait!The two ice packs are a great bonus that we will be reusing.

Good quality that holds up to baking in muffins and a good texture with no bitterness. I have not tried to melt them for any reason so I can't say anything about that. They look like chocolate chips. They taste better than another brand I purchased. Overall a great purchase.

I like these chocolate chips- they are versatile and work well with baking. I like that there are no sugar alcohols. A little pricey so I don’t buy all the time.

These are a real treat, even just nibbled out of the bag! And unlike other sugar-free chocolate substitutes, they melt just like regular chocolate chips. Being sweetened with allulose is just the proverbial icing on the cake. Yum! Will definitely be buying again.

An aquired taste! I love dark chocolate and this is a new task with monkfruit. At first, I thought "oh well, I tried it" and then I tried it again with nuts and it was really yummy. Now I prefer it to any other dark chocolates. It isn't bitter and it does feel more like you just ate vegetables with cocoa powder, but it grows on you, especially, because the after taste and how you feel is good.

These are amazingly tasty! I use them in a keto chocolate chip cookie recipe and they work just like regular chocolate chips. The bag re-seals really well, so storing them in the cabinet is a breeze.

Their chocolate is my favorite. I order it frequently, however they ship with DHL. Many times the chocolate sits in hot environments for several days. Cookies get tossed around and broken in transit.
