Q: Has anyone used this litter in an automated litter box like a Litter Bot?

I have been using this litter with an automated litter box for two years now and I have never had any issues! This is actually my preferred litter!

Q: I have been buying this litter in 14 pound bags for a long time. Why no longer available on amazon? 32 pound bag too heavy a lift.

We decant the larger bags into a large popcorn tin which is a great storage spot and then use a large scoop (got it at a feed store) to transfer litter from storage to boxes.

Q: Does the bag really last as long as it says? We have two cats and the large bag says it will last upwards of two months. Is it true?

As my video explains, when the litter first comes out of the bag, it truly is dust free and does not track around the house because the granules are larger than the other versions of this litter. However, within 2-3 visits by your cat, the granules evolve into a fine, powdery dust that no longer is dust free or non-tracking. It’s literally all over the litter area and subsequently, your home. The positive thing is that it is flushable… but at such a high cost, purchase the less expensive versions that also evolve into the same powder if you must have a flushable cat litter and save your money. One additional note, I have two cats. The 32 pound bag of litter in NO WAY lasts 60+ days as they claim on the bag! My bags last no more than two and one half weeks at most with my two kittens of six months of age. This cat litter is no bargain. About the only true statement is that it is flushable. The picture in my review shows what I am writing about clearly. The top portion of the litter box has litter that was poured right out of the bag. The bottom half is the same version of this litter after two uses by each cat, (for a total of four visits), and after I have sifted away their waste… which is, in all honesty, also easy to do with this litter. If only it did not reduce to dust.

Q: Does this litter easily get tracked outside of the litter box? I now use a pine-pellet litter, which breaks down into sawdust that tracks easily.

I feel it does track, but minimally. I find that I find litter tracked right outside the litterbox- but not all over the house. Additionally, the Multiple Cat (red bag) tracks less than the Performance (green bag). The litter is heavier, or has bigger granules- therefore I found it to track less.
