Not seen any noticeable difference

I have had it pretty consistently since march, so far I have not yet noticed any major difference, i take it along with my D3 and K2. Maybe next time I might go for higher dose. Maybe lightly I have noticed reduction of anxiety, but not sure if it is placebo or other factors.
