The strawberry flavor is super yummy! I liked it more than the cherry. Helped me while I was pregnant and needed to stay hydrated!

I ordered this due to a recent issue with heart palpitations. I also wanted these for my international flights. I get so dehydrated on an international flight.I love the watermelon flavor! I added it to a cold glass of water, stirred it for 30 seconds or so. It was delicious and not nearly the calories or sugar as a powerade! Well worth trying.

The taste is good to me - strawberry is delicious and it has this very salty taste. But not like table salt salty, more like Gatorade salty, I like it alot... First sip was a head scratcher, a little weird - but by the end of the first large glass I was hooked. It allows me to absolutely CHUG water. I think because it's salty and slightly sugary, I can drink 40oz of water within a few minutes no problem. That's what hydrates you... Is the immense amount of water you can drink because it's not plain, flavorless, salt-less water, but something chuggable.I will say, I get less headaches, sleep slightly better and have overall better energy. Being hydrated is really something important. I can't drink over 100oz a day without the assistance of the salt and flavor from this powder stick. But if you can manage to drink a lot of water without flavoring, then I'd say throw a pinch of salt in your water and keep your $40I think it's worth it enough for me to buy another $40 worth of these things. So yeah.

Strawberry is my favorite flavor! Only disappointment was that it wasn’t all strawberry flavor, it was half strawberry, half golden cherry which I can buy at Costco…

Like that there are several flavors to choose from. The price has really gone up in the last year but it is still worth it.

Very important to stay hydrated in the winter as well as summer. Its easy to do that with LIV because it tastes so good and goes down easy. So far I have enjoyed all of the flavors. Sometimes I put a piesce of lemon in the lemon/lime to enhance the flavor. The strawberry has a bit of a creamy flavor. And all of them keep me hydrated, Its a win, win siutation.
