This cover works great.
I have used 'Tobacco' cloth to extend the growing season for years. I grow organic salad greens and even one layer will get your garden through usually to thanksgiving for cold loving greens like arugula, kale, mustards, and some lettuces. Those greens are wonderful for a salad with Turkey dinner. I would never think of gardening without this cover. Two layers work even better. I live, at present, in Meade Kansas, but had a garden for over 18 years in Del Norte Colorado at 8400 ft. altitude. I always had greens through December even under snow.

Kept the kale warm all winter
I live in USDA Zone 7 and we get pretty cold winters here! But I used the Agfabric on a raised bed of kale and calendula flowers and both species lasted all winter long (the daylength caused minimal growth, but they didn't die!) I was very happy with the warmth it provided. Since it's so long, I doubled it up and that probably helped too. Only negative is it does tear fairly easily, so be careful not to prop it up with anything pointy.

Durable quality product
This landscape plant blanket did a great job last winter protecting some sensitive plants during very cold (10 F and below) weather. The only drawback is that some animal, squirrels likely, chewed a few dozen holes in just one of them for some reason. So I had to buy a replacement for that cover that was turned into swiss cheese. It would be nice if the manufacturers could embed some kind of critter repellent into the fabric to present this.

They don't last very long
We use these in our garden and to make row covers over our blueberry plants. So, for a period of about 2 months, they are in the sun, then they are folded up and put away, out of the elements. After the 1st season, they hold up OK. After the 2nd season, they are tearing like tissue paper. So I just ordered another set until I can find something that will last more than 4 months...They are not cheap and wish they would last a bit longer since they are made to BE outside all the time!!

Saved my raised beds!
We live in Phoenix and this winter we got freezing temperatures. We put poles on the corners and sides of our raised beds and then draped this cloth over the whole garden and everything thrived. It let enough light come through that everything kept growing without freezing. And the cloth was still in great shape when the temperatures went back up that we were able to fold it back up to use next year. Great product!

Excellent , Durable Plant Protection
I use this over hoops to prevent damage to fall and winter vegetables from frosts, freezes, excessive rain, and animals. In spring, it keeps seedlings protected from heavy rains, and holds in enough warmth and moisture to aid in germination. Flats of Tomato and pepper seedlings can be put outside under the covered hoops to make room for the next batch of plants started indoors under lights. In my area of the Southeast, the temperatures have been fluctuating from nearly seventy degrees one day to freezing the next, but everything under the row cover has been thriving, and I love being able to pick gorgeous lettuce, beet greens, Japanese turnips, and radishes in the winter months. I previously purchased this weight and brand in shorter lengths, and even after a couple of years, it hasn't deteriorated or torn, so it's stronger than it looks.

First storm we had it had holes all through it.
I put this over my garden and we got a thunderstorm, no hail but I was expecting hail, hence I pulled this out for the first use of season. I was protecting beans and peas mainly from bugs. First storm we had it had holes all through it right at each of the plants. I now have about 30 small holes in the fleece. I guess I will try a different brand and see if I get along better. Highly non recommend this product

Highly recommended for storm protection
I bought the fabric thinking it probably wouldn't hold up to Nebraska storms, but I was wrong. We have tested the fabric on our raised garden beds through 70 mph winds, hail, a snowstorm, and several late freezes. Last night, we had large hail, bigger than golf balls. Still no holes and the garden is going strong. I even find on really hot, sunny stretches, my garden does better if it stays covered with the fabric as a shade cover. I tell all my friends about it.
