We love this faucet when it works. It’s beautiful and the motion sensor is fabulous! BUT we have had intermittent issues with water pressure and technical issues since we installed it two years ago. Yesterday, after turning the water supply off to install a dishwasher, the faucet will not turn off without us cutting the water supply. We have tried all of Moen’s “fixes” and recommendations from support without success. This faucet is too expensive for it to be so unreliable.UPDATE after speaking to Moen Support: I called Moen Customer Support (1-800-BUY-MOEN) and they resolved my issue within 15 minutes. I spent less than 30 seconds on hold waiting for a support agent and he was able to access my faucet remotely and temporarily resolve the issue. He also put in an order for a new control box to permanently resolve the issue free of charge, even with the faucet being almost 2 years old. I can't speak highly enough of Moen Support! I'm changing my rating from 1 star to 4 after that interaction. I can't give the faucet 5 stars simply because it's very expensive.

Renovating our kitchen we decided to upgrade our old Fossett to something new. We opted for this one due to the smart features that it had in it.Let me start by saying, I really do love the hands-free faucet. It’s one of those things that you don’t really think you need, but then as you’re using it realize how did I ever survive without it?I do like that it connects to our Amazon echoes, however that is one of the challenges that we do have. If for some reason we have to restart our router, it loses sync and you have to unplug it and plug it back in.Since we can ask the sink for a tablespoon of water, or a cup of water, we have tried that a few times. I would not recommend using and less you didn’t need exact measurements, as they are not perfect.My only other challenge on this one isn’t so much an issue but just knowledge, we didn’t realize that it didn’t come with an actual power supply. It only came with the battery back up. So if you are looking at buying this just keep that in mind, you will need to purchase one separately. Not that big of a deal as for us we had time.I would recommend this sink to anyone, or at least a hands-free sink. We have also changed our soap dispenser to a hands-free one. It makes the kitchen a little safer when cooking.

Beautiful faucet. Very reasonably priced. Unfortunately like the Delta faucet I tried 1st, this one is easy on my arthritic hands when switching to spray. I love the boost feature that gives you a stronger flow.

Easy to install. Swings easy from one side to the other. The valve is smooth and easily sets to trickle of full flow. Expensive but the quality is worth it to me.

This really is a beautiful faucet and I do love all the features, however be very cautious, because this thing eats batteries. Their claims of 6 months between battery replacement is waaayy off. I'm lucky if I get a month out of brand new batteries and replacing 6 D batteries every month will get expensive. I eventually had to buy rechargeable batteries which helped a little, but I still have to replace them every few weeks. It would have been nice if they provided an DC adapter that could be plugged in and maybe just have the batteries be a backup in case you lose power, that would make this faucet perfect.

Loved the faucet itself and it was a great price, the weight was missing so we had to get one but other than that, it is a beautiful faucet!

Love the way it looks, easy to install. But I was not prepared for the reduced flow. So take.my advice and read all the description about flow rate

Purchased on March 2021, had issues recently October 2021. The controller box that comes with the unit failed. I wasnt getting hot water. Checked the troubleshooting guide through the app, got 4 amber flash- reported hardware failure. Called Moen tech support and Im receiving a replacement controller box.Moen are outstanding with their products. You pay for what you get, 5 year warranty on electronics and lifetime warranty for anything plumbing related.I feel the cost is to high, but it fits my farmhouse kitchen really well.

The tap is great. Looks beautiful. It was essy to install the tap but not the connection to the goggle home. I still havent finished it.

I am having to replace this with less than a year of use. The tech malfunctions often. We end up with a faucet that won’t turn off when the batteries die. Never again.
