Solid bumper. Thicker than I was thinking 👌🏻
Product installed pretty easy. Fits and looks good. Make sure you tighten your D ring down extra tight. Lost one within the first week but was able to buy replacement for 15$. No hole to lower spare tire sucks.. going to have to cut/drill one in 🙄

Not a fit for a 2007 but Hooke made it right
I really wanted to like this bumper. And, I am willing to change my review if the company responds positively. They have not replied as of yet. But so far, this has been a nightmare. FedEx brought me a trashed box as usual, but everything inside was intact so no harm, no foul. However, couldn't find the instructions at first as they were taped underneath a big piece of foam glued to the box. But, I'd watched videos prior so no big deal.Strike One: First item I find off is the lock for the spare tire hole. The tab width is too small and the lock will not fit in the hole. Ok, it is a rare day when a product if flawless out of the box and a bit of filing and some touch up paint will probably fix this.Strike Two: My license plate frame is one of those rubber wrap around ones and the edges are rather thin. Nevertheless, the holes will not line up as the bottom of the plate frame rests on the bottom bumper platform and makes the holes in the plate sit too high. There is a slot where it appears it is expected that your plate will slide into the slot to line up the four holes. This precludes the use of any license plate from unless you cut off the bottom of the frame, which I did. Not a great design, forget any kind of thick plate frame.Strike Three: Next step is to install the backup sensors. Low and behold, my sensors are too big for the existing holes. A quick Google shows me that in 2009, the backup sensors changed with a smaller diameter measurement at the sensor face. Mine won't go in the hole and even if they did, there is nothing to keep them from sticking out and moving around. I see no solution for this other than drilling out the holes but a lot more fabrication would be needed to keep my sensors flush with the bumper.Oddly, the picture posted by Andy Garcia has holes that appear to be large enough to install the stock plastic rear sensor mounts for a 2007, but of course no hole for lowering the spare tire in that one. Maybe they sent the wrong center piece?Strike Four: I have removed my old bumper and go to install the two brackets that go in between the tow hitch and the frame. As you can see from my photo with a comparison to a 2014 F150, the 2007 is different. The two brackets will not insert in between the mounts as they do not stick out far enough. The brackets are supposed to fit in between the gap, which I do not have. Now, I could break out the Sawzall and possibly make this work, but I shouldn't have to.I have stopped my install and am waiting for a response from the company. I see few options to rectify the sensor holes and the bumper brackets but I am open to a solution if the company is able to provide one. I did re-check the part number and it is the one Hooke Offroad claims works for a 2006 - 2014 F150. Seems maybe they tried for a one size fits all and didn't do enough homework.Update: To Hooke OffRoad's credit, they have acknowledged that the bumper is not a fit for my 2007 F150. I provided them with pictures of the sensor holes and hitch mounts from Ford parts websites and they are investigating this issue. They have provided me with a return shipping label at their cost and are refunding my money. While I am disappointed that the bumper is not going to work as it appeared to be of good quality, I am impressed that the company stepped up. Unfortunately, I now have to find a replacement.

Fits and looks great.
I Decided I didn't want a stock bumper went with this one and I like it. The fact it has cutouts for the led lights is really nice and the homes for the screws are threaded. So you don't have to fumble with a nut bolt and washers. The light are fantastic for backing down a dark boat ramp or pulling a car out of a snow drift. Or just backing into a dark or unfamiliar area. The shackle point on either side are great for pulling whatever or a great tie point for a rope if your launching a boat by yourself.

Softer than it looks.
So, if your looking at this bumper, look for something tougher. Finish started flaking off first month. Someone tapped "backed into" one of the recovery points. That dented the bumper and the other car was fine. Had it for almost a year now. Lots of rust from finish coming off. Now looking at ranch hand and others to replace this cheap thing. Save your money, get a real bumper.

Humdinger
This bumper is robust and appears to have good quality. My only complaint is there is no hole for the spare tire lowering device.

Plenty good some bad
First off it’s well built, and a definite upgrade from the OEM style. It fit the truck well, and had plenty of adjustment in it to get it right where you want it. It also sticks out slightly further than the original, which I like.It Looks great. It did however have some problems that I overcame, or don’t really care about.1: no hole to put the tool trough to lower the spare tire, I have drill bits so I made a hole.2: their were 2 holes to put back up sensors in, factory has 4 sensors, I put 2 in and zip tied the other wires up behind the bumper. I don’t really care about back up sensors3: their was led tag light installed on the bumper, it also has 2 holes for factory tag lights. I removed the led tag light and put the spare tire access hole there.Would I buy it again? yesWould I recommend it? If you’re a plug and play guy no. If you don’t mind a little extra mechanical/electrical work, then sure.I’ll also say much of this could be because I ordered the wrong bumper, their could be a F150 out their with no spare tire access point, only 2 backup sensors, a need for 3 tag lights. If so this is the bumper for it.
