Complete crap!!
Never had a chance to use the starter.Had it on my shelf for about a year now.Reason why I purchased my starter and my bike was acting up.I want to replace the starter in my bike.Install the new starter bolted it up everything seems to fit fine.Until I go to put the jackshaft on the bolt hole Jack shaft bolt is not the same.Not only is it not the same there are really no threads in the shaft whoever did the machining didn't know what the hell they were doing?So now I have a starter that's completely useless because the shaft which is the main part of the starter wasn't machine correctly!!So now I'm stuck with this starter that's no good and I can't take it back because it's been too long.My advice would be don't buy this garbage buy something that's quality!

Disconnect the battery first!
Just arrived today and it's already installed! Love the chrome, as you can tell. The cost was cheaper than any others I found and it was at my door in 3 days from ordering it!! Well done! Excellent, couldn't be happier!!

The starter I received was definitely a powerful unit starting my Harley 88 just as one would expect of a top dollar "high torque" unit sold these days !!! Don't let them get you brother!!!

Perfect product
Very clean finish perfect fit great addition to the bike.

Kind of a pain
The starter it's self works great but I had to take it apart to replace the shaft that the jack shaft bolt screws into. On the new starter the shaft did not have enough threads. Other then that pain in the ass part it works great.
