Easy to swallow, smells good, no aftertaste, good ingredients for vegans.A bit expensive, but I would buy it again.

I love these multivitamins and they have really helped me to find balance in my body- especially with my mental health.I do not however understand why it’s costs MORE to buy the refill pack than it does to buy the glass bottle. Makes no sense at all!

These are the best tasting and smelling vitamins I’ve ever had. I’m glad they are plant based.

I’m on a plant based diet and have been struggling with taking/ buying multiple different vitamins a day and not really knowing what is working or what dose is right for me. Wholier has simplified this process and I feel great getting all and only the vitamins I need.My energy has been up after being on these for a month and these do not give me acne breakouts like some other vitamins I’ve taken. Only downfall is they give you algae burps/ bad breath but I’ve been taking them before bed to eliminate that during the day. My one suggestion is making the compostable bag option less expensive than the glass bottle, as a cheaper option would help me stay on these more consistently.

Compared to the cost of other vegan Omega-3 supplements, I think it's a pretty great deal. It would probably cost 2-3x as much to get all these ingredients separately. Even some supplements that ONLY have vegan Omega-3 are the same price.One thing I love about this vitamin is that it comes in a glass bottle with a paper protector - no plastic. It's just a nice touch to help support the entire vegan mission of living a life that's better for everyone, including the animals.The capsules have a nice citrus scent.Some other people mentioned the burps; I did get a few myself, but it was basically the same as you get after eating nori. I didn't really mind, and it went away in about ten minutes.Overall, very happy with these!

Very well packaged from the manufacturer. I appreciate the glass bottle but wish I could get the compostable bag of refills via Amazon autoship without having to pay an extra $5. As for the vitamins themselves, I've only been on them a little over a week. I find them easy to take and they don't upset my stomach. The citrus flavor is fine. I like it better than the mint a similar brand has.

Pros: the ingredients, and the binder used. I was initially super excited to use this because I thought it had a relatively "safe" ingredient profileCons: the MCT oil in this (1) caused lots of heartburn for me (and friends who tried it after me to see if I was unfairly attributing it to this product - though I'm not sure if it's the MCT oil or the spirulina in this causing the heartburn/reflux) (2) increased my LDL! Despite me losing weight on a whole food plant based diet that is low in saturated fat! I went online and found quite a few people describing that MCT oil (in general, not this specific product) rose their LDLs (3) it has a very fishy/lemon-y odour, I think from the spirulina? Either way, not a fan of this smell, it makes me nauseous. (4) You can't return even unopened bottles of this (e.g. if you order two with the promo they have and don't like it, you can't return the second unopened bottle). I definitely do NOT recommend this to anyone.Now my search for a vegan multivitamin without weird additives/preservatives/emulsifiers continues :(

These pills are pretty but they smell and taste terrible. It's always a gamble when you try to cover up a bad smell with a better smell. I didn't like the smell just from opening a bottle and had to take them with a thick smoothie. In the end, the odor and taste kept me from using them as often as needed, which defeats the purpose. But three stars for making vitamin for vegans!
