LACKS PRESENTATION
I bought this as a gift, partly because of the presentation. It looks a lot nicer in the photo. The mugs are okay but the presentation is cheesy.

Only printed on one side
I looked at several of these mugs from different venders. Many were printed on both sides. My fault that I didn't notice this company only prints on one side and the recipient is left handed!! I was very disappointed when I saw this.
