Yes4AllEVA Medium Density Foam Roller for Back - Round Back Roller for Exercise, Yoga & Pilates 12/18/24/36 inch

We purchased this roller to replace a hard foam roller that felt as hard as a piece of wood. The Yes4All roller is softer, but that softness is only a couple of millimeters. What that does is provides you a softer feeling roller without losing the necessary stiffness to work on those muscles (and the spine!). Plus, it's a fun color, so that's a bonus. We bought the 36 inch version because we are not tiny, skinny little twig people. Quality is good, no voids in the foam and it's not brittle in any way. Doesn't leave marks on the hardwood floors after rolling out, it's very light weight. If you are looking for an "almost firm" roller, go with this one.

OMG I can’t believe this actually resolved my muscular back pain. I had spasms between my shoulder blades and spine and rolling on this felt so good and it pushed out the spasm. I don’t have the spasms any longer.

Love the color and the stiffness. It’s an ideal combination to start a fun workout.

I researched before buying in an attempt to get what I thought I wanted - which is a smooth roller made of EVA material, 6’ diameter. This fits that description. This one is 18” long. It’s a good length because I don’t really need anything longer than that for my back or other body parts - and I can travel with it as it is short & very lightweight. It came with some dents in it, which just tells me that the quality isn’t great. However, I paid $18, which is a good value compared to the more expensive ones made out of this EVA material that I wanted. I expected this to be a softer outer material, but isn’t exactly what I expected. Pictures are difficult to tell what something will actually be. I don’t actually know what it is supposed to look like, which is the risk you take when shopping online and not seeing it at a store. This has a little more give than those made of EPP which is extra firm. The EVA is medium firm. The PE is softer, but more like the material that pool noodles are made of - so I chose not to get that kind because I’m sure those won’t last very long. I don’t like the pink, but the better colors were more expensive... (Why?!) I’m going for function & the best price.

Perfect size and firmness. I own multiple foam rollers and this is my favorite one. I also have the super long version that I use for my back, as it's long enough so I can hold my full back and head on it. But that one is too bulky for using on other parts. The short one is more versatile.

This roller is not medium density. I tried using a blanket on it but it still felt like a knife sticking in my back. Using in for PT and it wasn't beneficial. Purchased a more expensive soft roller

Love this foam roller. It is firm enough to penetrate the tight muscles yet soft enough for sensitive skin like mine. I saw this at my gym and decided to get my own with smaller size. Now I’m bringing this everywhere I go, it’s lighter weight and smoother touch compered to gym shark brand
