Im still on the fence about it but i have recd compliments on how white my teeth are. But i think the trick is that it tints the gums and mouth pink so it makes your teeth whiter. Ive noticed my lips are really extra pink after using this. But still nice. Ive changed my whole mouth routine so i cant say that its just this thats made a change but since i dont have to buy it so often it wont hurt the bank that much
