The mirror looks great in my new bathroom. Works exactly as described. And was incredibly pleased with the anti-fogging feature. I was a bit skeptical, but it actually worked great!The only issue I had was with the wiring. First, the wire on the back of the mirror was a bit short. It's wasn't long enough to reach the wire in the wall, so we had to buy additional wire to attach to the existing wire that came with the mirror so that it reached the electrical outlet on the wall.Also, since it's connected to the light switch, there is about a 2-second delay from when we flip the switch to when the mirror turns on - very weird.Overall, I like the mirror and will most likely purchase more for my other bathroom.

The mirror was received and installed by an electrician and it worked for one hour. After much troubleshooting we could not get the mirror to start again nor could we get any support. Numerous attempts remade to call and receive support and none was available. After paying for the installation I had to return this mirror. I wanted to return it and receive a replacement but without communicating with the company I was uncomfortable in doing this. It was a beautiful mirror the light was not that bright but I was excited to have it in the master bathroom.UPDATE:TETOTE reached out after reading this review sharing their goal is for customers to be 100% satisfied and I am 200% thrilled at the exceptional service I received. A new mirror was sent (replaced) they cared for the reinstallation and stayed in close communication with me, checking in on every step, including after the new mirror was up for a week. This mirror worked immediately, it looks amazing and I am so grateful for the customer service TETOTE provided. They cared about my situation and stood behind their mission for customer satisfaction. This mirror is beautiful and looks great with textured tile. We wish it was brighter. We installed it as the only light in a powder room. However, if you install in a primary bathroom where people will be using for makeup, etc, you will need other lights as well or a different mirror.

I made the seller aware of a discrepancy in the description of this mirror, and the seller immediately corrected the description. The mirror is beautiful.

This product looks like the pictures. Unfortunately the video on the product page shows mounting brackets and a template, but this item comes with neither. It has 4 holes, and maybe if you’re super lucky they will line up with your stud. If not, there is no easy way to mount without hiring a professional and even then I wouldn’t trust the stability of it.

Let the photo speak for itself; however, do not mistake these for the ones that offer illumination of your reflection or face or whatever. The lights are for esthetics only and serve no other purpose than ambient lighting and an awesome look to any room!

Got the mirror up but the bathroom isn’t finished yet. But so far I’m pleased with the mirror. Have seen them in many hotels around the country and that’s why I got one!

Looks great but it makes a very low humming noise when neither defogger nor light are on. Once you turn either on the noise stops. Otherwise it’s a great mirror.

Llego a tiempo, muy bien empacado, resistió algunos golpes de transporte que se observaban al exterior de la caja. Se ven de muy buena calidad, acabados bien terminados, la tira led está cubierta no expuesta. La clavija para conectarse viene por separado pero es muy fácil de instalar si deseas conectarlo de esta manera a la corriente. No los hemos instalado pero nos aseguramos de que funcionaran cómo se describe, compramos 4!

Muy buen producto, con luz alrededor pero si estaría súper bien que tuviera luz para maquillarse, y bocina, en otros que vi, traían bocina
